８月２７日（木）１２：１５より生麦駅にあるキリンビール横浜工場を見学しました。 生麦駅から工場までの道のりに「生麦事件」の大きな石の碑がありました。 １８６２年薩摩藩主の島津久光の行列の前を４人のイギリス人が馬で通った事で島津の家来が怒って、イギリス人を殺してしまった事件です。
さて、工場見学では案内係のお姉さんがビデオを見せながら説明してくれました。 歌手の「嵐」のメンバーが出て来ました。 一番搾り麦汁と二番搾り麦汁を飲み比べて「一番搾り麦汁の方が美味しい！」と言いました。。
麦芽やホップが展示してあり、手に取って味見をしました。
子供達は久しぶりに会ったた為、嬉しくて走り回っています。 ほとんど説明を聞いていませんが、ビール貯蔵庫の前に来たら「ビールだ・・・！？」と叫びました。 これでお姉さんも大笑いして許してくれました。 私達も一番搾り麦汁と二番搾り麦汁を味見しました。 アルコールが入る前なので子供達も一緒に試飲しました。
お待ちかねの「ビール・ジュースの試飲」です。 一人３杯までお代わりできます。 おつまみも貰いお腹いっぱいになりました。
外に出ると芝生があり、子供達は遊び始めました。 のんびり、ゆったりの時間です。 皆でレストランで昼食を取りました。 はしゃぎ過ぎて、疲れて眠っている子供もいます。
のんびり、ゆっくりと２０分歩いて、新子安駅からJRで帰りました。
良く歩きましてね。 楽しかったね。 お疲れ様でした。
We visited to KIRIN Beer Yokohama Factory in Namamugi on Aug. 27.
I found a big stone monument of "The Namamugi Affair" on the way to the factory from Namamugi station. The horse riding four English men passed by a procession of the chief of the SATSUMA Clan, Shimazu Hisamitsu in 1862. His followers got angry English men's attitude and killed them.
This is a story of "The Namamugi Affair".
Now, an information girl explained the factory showing the video. Singer, ARASHI member appeared and tasted mash. They drew a comparison between the first wort and the second wort, and said "The first wort is delicious!". Molt and Hop were displayed and we were testing them.
Children were happy to meet friends and didn't stop chat and were running around. They didn't hear its explanation. When we moved to the Beer Storage (brewery), children shouted "BEER!". An information girl laughed and allowed them. We tasted the first wort and the second wort. Children also tasted them before add the alcohol.
Then, Free Beer and Juice with snack were served, allow to have another 3 cups of them. We were fulled. Out of the building, there were lawn. Children started to play. We whiled away this afternoon. We had late lunch at the restaurant. Some children were sleeping because of a romp. We slowly walked to the Shin Koyasu station.
We walked a lot and had a fun. Take care.
