１１月１２日多言語読み聞かせ・エプロンシアターの報告（Polyglot reading/An Apron theater)

今、子供たちに人気の「はらべこ青虫」の大きな紙芝居を借りてきてもらいました。　英語と日本語で読み聞かせを行いました。

エプロンシアターとは一人がエプロンをつけてエプロンについているウサギ、ぞう、ねこのぬいぐるみで簡単な物語を読みます。　これは１０年前にコアラ会員のおばあちゃんが作ってくれました。　それを係りの人が物語を作りました。　今日は日本語、英語、中国語、タガログ語で読みました。

高津市民館の多文化共生事業で「外国人の子供と保護者のための子育て広場」を開催されているスタッフ５人の方が見学に来られました。
感想は；
１、子供連れの外国人会員が誰も来なかったのは残念でした。
２、ボランティアスタッフの副代表が中国人であることは素晴らしい、意外だった。
　　コアラの事を本当に愛しておられるのですね。
３、スタッフに外国人が数人いるのは考えられない。　どうして協力してくれる事になったのですか？
４、日本人会員の方たちも自分から動いて計画を進めてくれるのは良いですね。
５、子育て中の外国人ママが少ないのでどのグループも集めるのに苦労している。

＠　高津市民館のスタッフで子供を連れてきた人がコアラでボランティアをしたい！
ボランティアをしてもらうのは有り難いのでいつでもどうぞ！！ですが「子供たちは日本の宝です」のでまずご自分の子供を無事に育ててください。　人の為のボランティアはいつでもできます。

＠　笠間さんも見学に来て「コアラの方が組織がしっかりしていて楽しそうなのでコアラでボランティアをしたい！」と入会されました。　現在、司法書士の免許を取り事務所をもっています。　いずれコアラのために力を貸して欲しいと思っています。

A picture-story show "HARAPEKO AOMUSHI" is popular among children now.  Read Japanese and English by Fuse san to children.

An apron theater means a person is wearing an apron which has a small stuffed doll, a rabbit, an elephant and a cat.  Perform an easy story on an apron.  A grandmother of Koala member made an apron ten years ago.  A person was in charge of this event made a story.  Performed it by Japanese, English, Chinese and Tagalog.

Multicultural project in Takatsu Shiminkan opened "Child raising plaza for foreign mothers and children".  The staff of five people visited to Koala.
Impressions;
1, Sorry not to come foreign member with her baby.
2, It is surprising that volunteer staff, vice president is Chinese.  She really loves Koala, isn't she?
3, We can't think there are a few foreigners as a volunteer staff.  How can they help Koala?
4, It is also marvelous Japanese members take lead by themselves.
5, Every child raising group have difficulty with collecting foreign mothers.

@ A staff with her child from Takatsu Shiminkan wants to join Koala as a volunteer.
We welcome volunteer any time!!  But the first and foremost, you should bring your child up because children are Japanese treasure.  You could do volunteerism for people whenever you get old.

@ Kasama san also jointed Koala as a volunteer when her group visited to us.  She said, "Koala is well-organized and looks very fun."  At the present, she got a license of judical proceeding and opened her office.  I'm sure she will help Koala in the near future.

１１月５日中原消防署見学の報告（visited to Nakahara Fire Station)

青空のもと、赤い消防自動車がきれいに見えます。　午前１０：３０より中原消防署員の案内で消防車を見せてもらいました。　消防車の中や横に装備してある器具を説明して下さいました。　消防車のサイレンの音は「ウーウー」です。　救急車の音は「ピーポー」です。　　救急車の中も見せて下さいました。　始めて見た人も大勢いました。　めったに乗ることはないですね。　救急車は新車が３台あります。　一日に８～９件出動しています。　多い日は１３件あります。

赤い消防自動車にはいろんな種類がありました。
＊　救助工作車は水はない、はしごがある、チェーンソーがある、色違いのロープがある。　特別救助隊の制服はオレンジ色です。
＊　消防車の中にはボートが積んであり、川でおぼれた人を救助する。
＊　はしご車のタイヤが子供達の身長より大きい。　はしごは１２～１３階まで届く。
＊　消防指揮車はどこから火を消すかの指示を出す。　私達が１１０番をすると指令センターから消防指揮車へつながる。　へえ～　そんな車があったの？？？
＊　水槽車は２０００リットルの水が入っている。　（一般家庭のお風呂の水が２００リットル）
＊　大型ポンプ車はオレンジ色のホースが沢山積んである。

海水利用型消防水利システム　（海に沈めてホースで吸い上げて火を消す。）　２㎏分のホースが積んである。　スーパーポンプ車は日本で４～５台しかない。

消防署員は災害時にブルーの服を１分半で着なくてはならない。　デモンストレーションでは４５秒で装着できました。　煙の中では空気のポンプ（１６ｋｇ）を担いで入ります。

高層ビル火災時の訓練で５９階のビルの外から登ります。

質問と答え；
１、消防隊員になるには？
　　試験を受けて、消防学校で１年間訓練を受けます。　厳しいです。　年齢は１８歳～３０歳までです。
２、指輪がはずれなくなったら，取ってくれるの？
　　カッターで切りますので元通りにはなりません。　無料です。　年間１０件ぐらいあります。　妊婦さんが多いです。

Under the blue sky, a red Fire Engine goes with the blue sky.  A staff of Nakahara Fire Station showed us the Fire Engine from 10:30.  He explained inside and outside of the car's equipments.  A Fire engine siren is "U-U-" and an ambulance siren is "Pi-Po-".  He showed us inside of an ambulance car.  Almost all members were their first view of inside of the car.  We rarely ride this.  There are three new ambulance cars which were called in 8~9 times a day.  A large mobilization order was 13 times.

There were many type of  Fire Engines;
* A rescue car has chain-saw, different colored ropes but not water tank.  The rescue term uniform is Orange color.
* One of  the Fire engine is equipped with a boat for rescue a drowned man.
* An extension ladder car has a huge tire that was bigger than children.  This ladder reaches to 12~13 stories.
* A fire command car order to the fire-fighters where to quench the fire.  When we dial to 110, link to call center and a fire command car at the same time.  Huh~, we didn't know such a fire engine.
* A water tank car carries 2000 liters of water.  (The water in the bath tub is 200 liters.)
* A large-scale water pump car is equipped with plenty of orange fire hoses which have 2kg that used the sea water.  There are only 5 super water pump cars in Japan.

A fire Fighter have to wear a blue uniform within 90 minutes.  He demonstrated and it took only 45 seconds!  Wow.  He carries 16kg air pump and dashes in the smoky room.

Maintain tight discipline to climb up to 59 stories building.

Q&A;
1, How can I be a Fire Fighter?
   Pass the exam. and one year training at the Fire Fighter School.  Ages 18 to 30 are enrolled.
2, Can you take off when my ring isn't out?
   Yes, cut the ring by a cutter but not come right.  There are 10 cases in a year.  Almost all demanders are pregnant women.
