祝日(しゅくじつ)は　カレンダー(かれんだー)が　赤(あか)の　日(ひ)で、休(やす)みの　日(ひ)の　ことです。

The Holiday means a day off and shows red mark on the calender.

あたらしい　祝日(しゅくじつ)が　できました。２月23日（にちようび）です。あたらしい　天皇(てんのう)の　誕生日(たんじょうび)です。

この日(ひ)は　日曜日(にちようび)なので、つぎの　日(ひ)の　24日（げつようび）が　休(やす)みに　なります。

 We have a new holiday on Feb. 23 which was the day of Emperor ascended the throne.  Feb. 23 is Sunday so that Feb. 24 is a holiday.

 

また、今年(ことし)は　オリンピック(おりんぴっく)が　あるので、祝日(しゅくじつ)が　かわります。かわるのは　今年(ことし)だけ　です。注意(ちゅうてぇい)してください。

Holidays will be changed because of 2020 Tokyo Olympic but it is just this year.  Watch out!

＊Marine Day               July 23 (Thursday)

「スポーツ(すぽーつ)の日(ひ)」・・・7月24日（きんようび）※オリンピック(おりんぴっく)が　はじまる日(ひ)。

＊Sports Day               July 24 (Friday)* this day of starting Olympic

「山(やま)の日(ひ)」・・・８月10日（げつようび）※まえの　日(ひ)の　9日（にちようび）は　オリンピック(おりんぴっく)が　おわる日(ひ)。

＊Mountain Day            August 10 (Monday)*the day before (9th) is a day Olympic will be finished.

１月２３日節分の報告（SETUBUN)

今日は雨、そして冷たい風です。　参加者は４組の親子と２人のボランティアだけでした。
ボードに鬼のお面を貼り、カラーボールを投げて鬼退治。　「鬼は外、福は内」
意外と難しいな～　　お面に当たらない～
ママも参加して一緒にボール投げ！　　「えーい、やったー、当たると嬉しいね。」
ボール投げに飽きた子供達は部屋の中を走り回る。　キャーキャー！　たのしそうだ。　汗びっしょり。　ぐっすり眠れるね。　外は寒いから良く汗を拭いてね。　風邪をひかない様に！お願いします。

誕生会；
あおと君、　２歳　お誕生日おめでとうございます。　コアラのお誕生日カードとコアラメダルを差し上げます。　皆で「(^^♪ハッピーバースディの歌(^^♪」を歌ってあおと君の成長をお祝いしましょう。

あおと君は皆の歌を黙って聞いていた。　終わるとニッコリ！「ありがと」とお辞儀をした。　それがとても可愛いかった。　♡　♡

入会；
森谷さん　ようこそコアラへ！！

It was rain and moreover cold wind.  Participants were only four couples of mother and child and two volunteers.  We pasted demon masks on the board then threw colored balls to kill off all demons.
"In with good fortune! Out with the demons!"  To hit a mask is a surprisingly difficult.
Mothers also joined children to throw balls to a demon mask.  "Oops, Whee!   Good going!"
"Glad to hit it.  Yay!"
Children were running around the room after throwing balls.  They looked fun and got sweat from their forehead.  You might have a good sleep.  Wipe the sweat, it is cold outside.  Don't get cold!

Birthday Party;
Aoto, two years old boy. Happy Birthday to you.  Give you Koala Birthday card and Koala Medal.
Let sing a song "Happy Birthday to you" and celebrate his growth.

Aoto listned our singing a song.  He smiled and said "thanks".  His attitude was so cute!

１月９日新年会の報告（New Year Party)

　　　　　　２０２０年　明けましておめでとうございます
　　　　今年も楽しいコアラの活動を目指していきましょう！

新年会；

お正月らしい飾りつけをしました。　一品持ち寄りのパーティですので次々に机の上に料理が並びました。 １月９日は「コアラ」の２４歳の誕生日です。　
～わーい、おめでとう！　♡　♡～
お正月は実家に帰省した人、家族旅行に行った人の話で盛り上がりました。　神奈川県の足柄山に行った人で「金太郎」のマスコットが写っていました。　これは神奈川県のマスコットで「金太郎の歌」があります。

今年初めてのコアラの会ですので自家製の梅ジュースで乾杯しました。　昨年よりちょっと酸っぱいかな？　「かんぱい～　ことしもよろしくね～　無農薬ジュース、梅は体に良い！」など笑顔で１年が始まりました。　子供達も飲んでいました。

今年は手作りの料理よりお菓子類が多いですね。　なるべく手料理を作って来てほしいですね。

お誕生会；

お誕生日おめでとうございます。　コアラのお誕生日カードとコアラメダルを差し上げます。　皆で「ハッピーバースディの歌」を歌って３人の成長をお祝いしましょう。
３人共ママのお腹にいた時からコアラに参加しています。　子供達の成長を見られるのはとても嬉しいです。

      Let’ｓ make Koala activities more fun this year!

New Year Party;
I decorated "Kagami mochi" means a mirror shaped rice cake that piled one on the other in order of size and "Shishigashira" means a wooden lion's head and others as a New Year's ornaments.  Today was a potluck party so that members brought cooked dishes.
January 9 is "KOALA" 24th birthday.  ~Wow, Congratulations!~
We were talking about how spend new year days, some were returned their parents' house and others did family trip to Ashigara Mountain.  Photo showed "Kintaro" mascot.  This is Kanagawa prefecture's one and has its song.

We toasted the beginning of New Year of Koala meeting with a cup of Ume juice.  This was a little bit vinegary than the last year because of my handmade.  Members started with smile and said "Cheers, everybody!  Here's to you all!  Hmm pesticide-free Ume(Japanese apricot) juice, it sound good for my health".  Children also drunk one.

There were many confectionery than cooked food this year.  I hope you would cook some dishes by yourself as possible as you can.

Birthday Party;
Shun- 3 years old boy, Shiori- one year old girl and Honoka- one year old girl.  Happy Birthday to you all.  Give you Koala Birthday card and Koala Medal.  Let's sing a song "Happy birthday to you" altogether and cerebrate their happiness.
Three of them came to Koala when their moms were pregnant.  I am very glad to see their growth.
