６月７日オリエンテーションと自己紹介の報告（Orientation and Self-introduction)

米澤悦子代表；国際子育てひろばコアラは１９９６年１月に作りました。　もう１６年になります。　私は日本語ボランティアを２０年続けています。　外国人は「早く日本語が話せるようになり日本人の友達が欲しい！」と日本語の勉強を頑張ります。　１～２年で日本語が話せるようになるとご主人との口喧嘩が多くなりました。　これは日本の文化、習慣の違いを理解できず摩擦が起きていたのです。　泣きながら母国へ帰った人がいました。

「日本に来て良かった！」と思ってもらいたくてコアラを作りました。　０才から３才までの子供は「ママがハッピーなら子供もハッピーです」「ママが寂しがると子供は悲しいのです」　コアラのイベントは大人が楽しむ催し物が多いです。　それはママに笑顔で居て欲しいからです。

会員の自己紹介の司会は野田クーシンさんです。

＊　野田クーシン：中国、男児２才、宮内、コアラブロブで知った、料理/人が好き、情熱を持ってコアラの宣伝係りになる。　
（日本での生活には慣れたけど子連れでは自由にならずマタニティブルーになっていた。　救われる気持ちで３ヶ月の赤ちゃんを連れてコアラに来ました。　コアラがあって良かった。　コアラの様な場所は必要です。）

＊　林　佳蘭：台湾、女児２才、小杉、コアラブロブを見た、映画鑑賞/読書、「英語で遊ぼう」をサンディさんとやる予定。
＊　キープリネット：カンボジア、女児２才＆男児６ヶ月、今井、区役所の紹介、PC,　「カンボジアってどんな国？」を企画した。　
（コアラは区役所から紹介されて知っていたけど初めてなので怖くて入れなかった。２年前のハロウィン　パーティに家族と参加しました。　コアラは楽しいです。）

＊　後藤美樹：日本、男児３才＆男児１才、下小田中、幼稚園に行っている長男が２ヶ月から参加している。　現在、次男と三男を連れてきている。　コアラには４年来ている。　コアラは自由な感じで気楽。子供３人連れて大きな公園の遊具で遊んでいる。　羽田方面まで足を伸ばす。　コアラで出来ることは何でも手伝いたい。

 以上、日本人９名、外国人１３名の自己紹介が終わりました。

 渡辺はなさんより中国のお土産：ナツメとくるみ.。大きなナツメはそのまま食べる、小さな物はほかの具材と煮て食べる。　貧血に効く、強壮剤。　はなさんは枕のクッションぐらいの大きな袋を持ってきてくれました。　皆で食べました。　はなさんは創太くんの幼稚園のお迎えの時間で帰られました。　ご馳走様でした。　お土産有難うございました。

Koala founder, Yonezawa Etsuko: I established "International Parents and Infants Cross Cultural group KOALA" in January 1996.  I have been teaching Japanese as a volunteer for 20 years.  Foreign students say "I want to speak Japanese as early as possible and want to have Japanese friends."  They study Japanese eagerly.  They can speak Japanese within a few years.  Shortly afterward, some of them quarrel with her Japanese husband.  The reason why they don't understand Japanese culture and social customs.  It was sad that someone returned her home country crying.

I want to hear the word  "I am happy to come to Japan." from foreigners so that I made Koala group for them.  Children from 0 to 3 years old are happy with a happy mama.  If a mama feels lonely, a child also feels sad.  There are a lot of enjoyable events for mama at Koala.  I hope all mamas always keep smile happily.

(I was used to live in Japan though I was not free to go out with a baby.  I became maternity blue.  I visited to Koala with 3 months baby and wanted to retrieve me from the dismal.  Koala saved me.  It is essential for young mamas to have healing place like Koala.)

(A ward officer introduced me to Koala, but I was first afraid of joining the group.  I took part in Koala Halloween party with my family 2 years ago.  Koala meeting is fun.)

(When my firstborn son was 2 months baby, we came to Koala and he is in the preschool now.   I am here with my second and third sons.  We are taking part in Koala for 4 years.  Koala meeting is freely and easy to stay.  I am playing with 3 children at a large park.  We go to Haneda area too.  I want to assist Koala work.)

Chinese souvenir from Watanabe Hana san; Date and walnut.
We can eat a big size date as is and give a small size date with other ingredient a good boil.  It is effective against anemia and it can be a tonic medicine.
Hana san brought a plastic bag as large as pillow.  We enjoyed eating with members.  Hana san left here for preschool to meet her son Souta.  Thank you very much, Hana san.

５月３１日「モンゴルってどんな国？」マラルゴーさん教えて！"What is Mongolia like?" Teach us, Mararugo san!

モンゴル出身のダシドーログ　マラルゴーさんはパソコンとモンゴルの結婚衣装を着た人形、観光案内書、モンゴルの式服と帽子、それに食事を紹介するために自分でモンゴルのパンを作って持って来てくださいました。
福祉パルでスクリーンを借りて本格的なプレゼンテーションとなりました。　ママから離れたくないミシェールちゃんを抱いたままでお話して下さいました。

＊　世界地図を見て「モンゴルはどこでしょう？」　中国とロシアの間です。
＊　首都はウランバートルです。　ウランバートルは札幌市に似ています。
＊　人口は２７０万人です。　東京と横浜の人口を合わせた位です。
＊　面積は日本の４倍の広さです。　南にゴビ砂漠、北に山脈、東に草原があります。
＊　季節は春：何もない　夏：緑色・新緑　秋：黄色・もみじなどの紅葉　冬：白色・雪マイナス３５度まで冷える。　四季は日本よりはっきり区別できる。
＊　日本からモンゴルまで飛行機で４時間半です。
＊　モンゴル人の平均寿命は６５才です。
＊　食べ物は乳製品、小麦、肉が主です。　肉は牛肉や羊の肉です。　ライスはあまり食べません。　パンが多いです。
＊　料理はポーズ、ツイワン、ホーシュール、ホルホク（バーベキュー）が有名です。
＊　５家畜は馬、牛、羊、山羊、ラクダです。　馬は人間の友達、でも薬として冬だけ馬肉を食べます。　ラクダは運搬用に使われています。　ラクダのミルクはカルシュウムが多く含まれているのでよく飲みます。　味は酸っぱいです。
＊　田舎（草原）に住んでいる人の家はゲルと呼びます。　ゲルはどの家も家具、ベッド、台所などの位置が同じです。　決まっています。　ゲルに入ると左から回ります。　右の方へ歩くと怒られますよ。
＊　ゲルは羊の毛で造ります。　羊の毛で作ったテントは雨に濡れても大丈夫です。　テントは夏１枚巻き、冬は２枚巻いて寒さをしのぎます。
＊　ナーダム　夏祭りは３日間行われます。
＊　冬のスポーツ：　アイス相撲、ヤークレース、ホースポロ、ラクダレースなどがあります。
次にモンゴルの田舎の子供の成長物語のビデオを見てください。
・　お産婆さんによる出産シーン
・　新生児の下半身をタオルできつく巻く。　寒さ対策。
・　生後１ヶ月より赤ちゃんに羊のしっぽをしゃぶらせる。
・　母乳で赤ちゃんの顔を洗う。　ママが赤ちゃんの顔に母乳を振り掛けると泣く。
・　生後４ヶ月より離乳食を始める。
・　羊は肉も内蔵も全て食べる。

・　モンゴルは貧しい子供たちが多く、物売りの仕事をしている。　マンホールで生活している。
・　学校が遠くて通えないのでゲルで勉強している。
・　田舎の子供は学校近くの寮に住んでいる。
・　田舎ではお寺の学校もある。
・　小学校は６才～１０才、中学校は１１才～１４才、高校は１５才～１７才です。
・　日本語、中国語、英語を教える学校もある。

最後に「モンゴルの朝ごはん」マラルゴーさんが作ったパンにジャムをつけて頂きました。
マラルゴーさん、素晴らしいプレゼンテーションを有難うございました。　準備が大変でしたね。　モンゴルと言えば、横綱朝青龍、白鵬しか知りませんでした。　スクリーンを使って説明してもらえたので良く分かりました。　お疲れ様でした。　有難うございました。　m(__)m 参加者は日本人母子９組、外国人が１７組の２６組、５２名でしたので部屋が熱気で暑かった。

５月の誕生会
マレーシアのタン　チヒロちゃん　１才、　お誕生日おめでとう御座います。　＼_(^◇^)_／＼(*^^*)／ おめでとっ！　誕生日カードと♫　皆で歌を歌ってお祝いしました。　♫

子育てグループ交流会に出席した野田クーシンさんと笠間さんから報告。
＊　外国人には最高の場所です。　今のままのコアラでいてください。
＊　ブログをやっているグループはコアラだけでした。　誇りに思います。

ゲスト：長濱和枝さん、パフェ作りの資金を出してくれた人です。　皆で書いた御礼の色紙を贈りました。　長濱さんの感想は「嫁いだ娘たちが子供を連れてコアラの家に里帰りしている感じで心温まりました。　長く続けてください。」と言われました。

Maralsd San from Mongol brought her PC, Mongolian wedding dolls, sightseeing handbook, Mongolian traditional costume and cap. In order to introduce Mongolia breakfast, she cooked bread at home. She started full-dress presentation on Mongol using the screen belonging Fukushi pal. She talked holding her daughter Michel.

* Showing map "Where is Mongol?" It is bordered by China and Russia.
* The capital of Mongol is Ulan Bator. Ulan Bator looks like Sapporo city.
* The population of Mongol is 2,700,000. It combines Tokyo and Yokohama people.
* The country is 4 times wider than Japan. There are Gobi Desert in the south, mountains in the north and grasslands in the east.
* Season: Spring-nothing, Summer-green/fresh green, Autumn-yellow/maple&red leaves, Winter-white/snow,-35deg. Four seasons can distinguish clearly comparing to Japan.
* It takes 4 hours and half by plane from Japan.
* Mongolian average life expectancy is 65 years old.
* Mongolian cuisine primarily consists of dairy products, wheat and meat. Meat means beef and mutton. We eat more bread, few rice.
* Dishes are "Buus" "Tuiwan" "Khuushuur" "khorkhog"(barbecue).
* 5 domesticated animals are horse, cow, sheep, goat and camel. A horse is our friend but we eat horse meat in winter as our medicine. A camel is for a beast of burden. We used to drink camel milk that contain a rich calcium. It tastes an acid milk.
* The traditional Mongolian dwelling is called "GER". Ger house is decided the position of funiture, bed and kitchen. When you enter the ger, you have to turn to the left. If you turn to the right, inhabitant would be irritated.
* The ger is made of wool from sheep. Ger tent is Okay if it is drenched with rain. A roll of wool use for summer and two rolls of wool for winter.
* Mongolia's Naadam Festival takes place over 3 days in the summer.
* Winter sports: Ice Sumo, Gyak race, Horse polo, Camel race.

@ A month baby sucks a tail of sheep.
@ A baby washes it's face with mother's milk. Mother sprinkles her milk on her baby's face. A baby cries. @ Giving baby food would start from 4 months baby.
@ Not only sheep meat but entrails can eat.
@ There are a lot of Mongolian poor children and work for a street vendor.
@ They are living in the manhole.
@ As the school is far from their house, children study at ger(home).
@ Children live in countryside stay in a school dormitory.
@ The temple could be a school for children.
@ Education: Primary school 6~10 years old, Junior high school 11~14 years old, Senior high school 15~17 years old.
@ There are school to teach Japanese, Chinese and English languages.

We enjoyed having Mongolian bread with a strawberry jam since she cooked it in the morning.

Talking of Mongol, we know only Yokozuna champion Asashouryu and Hakuho. We could understand very well by your speech and DVD. There were 26 pairs of mothers and children, 9 for Japanese and 17 for foreigner. The room became hot due to packed with 52 persons.
