コアラの代表:米澤悦子は８月の世界女性会議に参加します。
 

コアラブログ２０１１年・４月１７日に「世界女性会議って何？何をするの？参加理由は？Q&A」を載せていますので女性会議の説明は省略します。　


開催国が決まると１年前に議題が発表され、参加者募集やワークショップについての説明があります。　インドでのトピックスは「Gender in a changing world」です。
国によって募集の仕方が違います。　インドでは先進国、後進国、低所得者、学生、インド人学生と分けられ、登録料金（早割もある）が違います。　今までは年齢別（シニアや学生含む）で金額が決めてありました。

日本人の私は先進国で早割を使っても登録料金が￥３４，０００とインドにしては高いです。　無料参加のインド人学生などの分まで負担しているのです。　海外の友人たちはクレジットカードで何回も支払いを試みましたが失敗しています。 銀行振込をした人もいますがカードに慣れている現代ではとても面倒な事です。　主催者ハイデラバード大学の事務局と相談の結果、当日早割の金額で支払っても良いとの返事を貰いました。　８月は夏休みで大学の寮を格安で貸してもらえます。　世界１００か国から来る参加者と共に暮らし、同じ釜の飯を食べる間柄になるとすぐに友達になれます。　女性の地位向上を考え平和を願って参加する人達は似たもの同士です。　この様にして回を重ねるごとに友人の輪が広がっています。　今は２０数名のネットワークで繋がっています。　私達は「Universal Peace Sisters」と呼んでいます。　今回はアメリカ人、メキシコ人、イタリア人、カメルーン人、韓国人、日本人の８名がワークショップに参加します。　タイトルは「女性のエンパワーメント」です。　Women's empowerment accomplishments from around the world: The Universal Peace Sisters' initiative.
プレゼンテーションの内容を吟味して代表が私達グループのタイトルを３００字以内でまとめて登録します。　まとめ役は英語圏の人です。
　
This panel focuses on women's empowerment through a variety of experiences from various cultural backgrounds.  Panelists summarize researches on topics dealing with women empowerment in verious fields.  The audience will gain insight into outcomes of first hand accounts from professionals and activists through to promote and enrich women in different communities around the world.  We explore women's empowerment through examining.

Hosting the International Interdisciplinary Congress on Women 2014, in Hyderabad, India brings me great pride and honor! I warmly welcome you to our city for the 12th Women's Worlds (WW) in 2014 IICW 2014, Hyderabad, India, will bring with it a new direction, a new vision and a new tomorrow for women in India and across the globe. Women's needs are to be looked at systemically and not in isolation and integrated into our local policies and budgets, to address this, our theme for the conference, after much debate, was finalized as "Gender in a changing world". We hope to achieve a lot with the varied views, experiences and sharing of women from around the globe and invite you to come and be part of the change we define in our world. We've planned a host of topics to cover every aspect. The first three days of the Conference, will focus on the following themes:

私はNGO「あしたの会・かわさき」に所属しています。　１３年間、インド・マハラシュトラ州プネー市の貧しい村の女性達に識字教育や職業訓練をして自立して貰う手助けをしていました。　あしたの会かわさきの主な仕事は資金集めや啓蒙活動でした。　５年ごとにインドに行き、現状を見てきました。　私達の奨学金を受けた女の子たちが大学を卒業して村に帰って来ました。　村を変えようとしていますので私達NGOは村から撤退しました。

私はインド人が沢山集まる世界女性会議で「日本人がインド人をどのように支援してきたか・・」を知って欲しいと思い、今までの私達の活動を発表します。

落成式典

３か月前にはハイデラバード大学から招待状が送られて、会議ビザを取る様に指示されます。
数年前まではインドビザの申請はインド大使館で簡単に出来ました。　現在、インドビザ申請センターが茗荷谷に出来て、そこで手続きします。　直接行くのではなく、オンライン申請をしてコピーを取り、写真（５ｃｍｘ５ｃｍ）とパスポート、直近のインドビザのコピーを持参します。　細かく審査があり、私は３回も足を運ぶ羽目になりました。

インドは「何が起きるか分からない国・行ってみないと分からない国！」と仲間内では言っています。　さて、今回はどんなハップニングが起きるのか楽しみです。
　

６月１２日張さんの餃子つくり教室の報告（Making Chinese meat dumpling by Chou san)

今日は一日中雨の予報です。　☔
張さんの餃子つくり教室は何時ものコアラのお部屋ではなくコアラ会員の３家族が住んでいるマンションの料理室とキッズルームを使います。　清潔で広々とした料理室です。　講師の張さんも事前にマンションの料理室を下見しました。　備え付けのお皿がありますがコアラ会員には自分の皿を持って来て貰いました。
場所が不安な人は９時半に福祉パルから誘導して、９：４５分に国際交流センターで皆と合流しました。　参加者親子４０名が並んで料理室に行きました。

張さんの御主人は会社を休んで手伝って下さいました。　
＊　餃子の皮作りはご主人が強力粉に水を混ぜながら練り込みます。　２０分ほど練りこんで寝かせます。　かなりの力仕事です。
＊　餃子の具作りに張さんと阿部さん（特別ゲスト）はニラ３束と皮付き生姜をかなり細かく刻みます。　ボールに刻んだニラ、生姜と塩、醤油、油、ひき肉、卵を入れてよく混ぜます。
　（ここまでは講師の方々に素早く準備して貰いました。）

＊　ご主人が餃子の皮の生地を一つづつ小さく分けて下さいます。
＊　私達は生地を麺棒で丸く、薄く伸ばしていきます。
＊　餃子の皮に具を入れて餃子の形に包みます。　目標は２００個です。　頑張りましょう！
＊　出来上がった餃子を沸騰したお湯で茹でます。
＊　茹であがった餃子をオリジナルのタレにつけて頂きます。

子供達は玩具で「おままごと」をしながら餃子の出来上がりを待っていました。　皆いい子にしていましたよ。　少し飽きてきたのでスナックタイム！！　皆でお菓子を食べました。

餃子出来上がりの感想；
＠餃子一個分の具の量が多くて、大きな餃子が出来ました。
＠具が無くなり、餃子の皮が沢山余りましたので張さんが麺うどんを作り始めました。
＠手作り水餃子は柔らかくて子供達も「ツルッ」と食べられ好評でした。
＠オリジナルのタレはちょっと辛くて大人には食欲を刺激しました。
＠最後に麺とトマトと卵の暖かいスープを頂きました。

張さん御夫妻、ご馳走様でした。　とても美味しかったです。　会社を休んでまで来ていただいた甲斐があり、参加者全員が満足しました。　有難うございました。

係の方々、お疲れ様でした。　有難うございました。　笑顔があふれ、良い交流の場になりました。

皆で(^^♪　「ハッピーバースディ」(^^♪　の歌を歌ってお祝いしました。

料理室を２時まで延長しましたのでゆっくり中国茶を飲んでコアラの会を終わりました。

Today's weather forecast is rain in all day long. 
The place where "Making Chinese Meat Dumpling by Chou san" is an apartment house with cooking room and kid's play room that three Koala member's families live in, not use Koala room.  The cooking room is cleanliness and a spacious room.  An instructor Chou san went over a condominium with cooking room in advance.  There is built-in cupboard though Koala members bring their own plates.

I waited at Fukushi pal at 9:30 and moved to International Center at 9:45.  We went to Condominium cooking room with 40 people of moms and children.

Chou san's husband took vacation from his company and helped.
* How to make the casing of GYOZA (Chinese meat dumpling); Her husband mixed flour as adding water into a smooth paste and let it lie idle in 20 minutes.  It's manual labor.
* How to make the ingredient of GYOZA; Cho san and Abe san mince 3 bunch of leeks and ginger with skin.  And put leek and ginger in the ball following salt, soy sauce, oil, mincemeat, egg and mix the ingredient into a smooth paste.
    (Lecturers prepared above methods.)

* Husband divides the casing of GYOZA into a bite size.
* We are rolling the casing for thin and round shape by a rolling pin.
* Put the ingredient and wrap in shaped GYOZA.  Our goal is 200 pieces.  Let's make it!
* Give Gyoza a good boil.
* Have Gyoza with the original sauce.

Children were playing "play house" with toys until Gyoza cooked.  They were good girls and good boys.  Had a snack time for them!!

Remarks of making GYOZA;
@ Made a big Gyoza because of having much ingredient.
@ Ingredient had gone and a lot of the casing of Gyoza were left over.  Chou san started to make Udon noodle.
@ Handmade MIZU GYOZA is soft and smooth so that children loved it.
@ A hot and spicy original sauce had a good appetite for adult.
@ Last, we had warm noodle soup with tomato and egg.

Thanks for Mr. and Mrs. Chou.  Mizu Gyoza was so delicious.
He was absent from his work and came to help us.  We, all were satisfied with Chinese food.
Thank you who are in charge of this event.  We had a good cross cultural event with a full of joy.

Rumi 3 years old girl, Yuto 3 years old boy, Yuyu 2 years old girl, Ibuki 1 year old boy.
Happy Birthday to you!!
New version Koala Birthday card and Koala Medal were made by Ooshimo san who in charge of Birthday.
We sung a song(^^♪ "Happy Birthday"(^^♪ and celebrated them.

We extended the room for a hour, so that we enjoyed having Chinese Tea too.

６月５日七夕飾りを作ろう！の報告（Let's make decorations of the Star Festival.)

今日は雨、午後からは土砂降りの雨になる予報です。　それでも１７組の親子が参加してくれました。

七夕係の大川さん、吉田さん、永塚さんから「７月３日のコアラの七夕祭りに笹竹を持って来て貰えるように伊藤さんに電話をし、お願いしました。」と報告がありました。　今年も立派な笹竹で七夕祭りが出来ますね。

コアラは限られた予算で運営していますので、飾り物にはなるべく「お金を使わず、頭を使って下さい！」　例えばこのランタンは食事をした時のお品書きです。　

上質紙なので綺麗ですね。　振袖の着物は包装紙で、帯はチョコレート菓子の包み紙です。　
皆で飾りの輪っかを作りました。　子供たちは私達の周りを走り回っていました。
出来上がりは七夕係に渡しました。　七夕係は家に持ち帰り、笹竹に吊るせるように糸を付けます。　よろしくお願いします。　

当日は希望者に浴衣（米澤代表の持物）を着せます。　写真撮影後、笹竹を切り分けて家に持って帰ります。

「６月１２日、張さんの餃子つくり教室」係の河合さんから参加希望者と段取りの説明がありました。

子育てグループリーダー交流会の感想；
＊どのグループも人集めや役割分担で苦労していた。
＊コアラは楽しいばかりで苦労をしていないけど代表の米澤さんは苦労しているのかしら？
＊１年間を通してコアラが一番参加費が安かった。
＊改めてコアラの素晴らしさが分かった。　この会に参加できて良かった。

のりで手が汚れたので手を拭いてお茶にしましょう。
お菓子の差し入れは宮島さん、河合さんと米澤でした。　有難うございました。
マリーナさんがお茶会の準備してくれましたよ。　　子供たちは楽しそうにお菓子をほお張っていました。

It is rain today and the weather forecast is for a heavy rain in the afternoon.  In spite of rainy day, 17 couples of mom and child attended.

Ookawa san, Yoshida san and Nagatsuka san who are in charge of the Star Festival (Tanabata Matsuri).  They telephoned to Ito san asking bring Bamboo tree on July 3.  We will have a gorgeous Star Festival with a giant bamboo tree this year too.

As Koala manages a tight budget, don't use the money on it and use your brain for making decorations.  For example, this lantern is made of a menu of Japanese restaurant.  This Kimono is made of wrapping paper and a belt is made of chocolate wrapping paper.
We had paper wreath lengthened.  Children were running around us.  We gave completion to Tanabata kakari (attendants).  They bring decorations home and tie the thread for hanging bamboo tree.  I leave that entirely to you.

Persons who want to wear Yukata(summer kimono that my belongings), you could try it.  I will dress you nicely.
After taking a photograph, we bring a part of bamboo home.

Who want to attend the event of "June 12, making Chinese meat dumpling by Cho san" and Kawai san explained what to do on this day.

Remarks of Child Raising Group Leader meeting;
* Almost all groups had trouble to bring together and take a part in event.
* We are enjoying at Koala activity though a leader Yonezawa san might have a trouble to run.
* Koala was most cheapest participation fee through year.
* We could know what a wonderful group Koala is!  We are happy to join in Koala group.

Wipe the paste from your hands before having tea break.
Sweets contribution are Miyajima san, Kawai san and Yonezawa.  Thank you very much.

Marina san prepared the tea set.  Children enjoyed having snacks filling their mouth.
