「節分」とは？
「一年間健康に過ごせる様に」と願いを込めて「悪いもの」を追い出す行儀です。 平安時代に中国から伝わり、日本古来の考え方に生まれました。 昔は旧暦の立春が新年と考えられていたのでその前に邪気を払うのが目的でした。 現在に例えると大晦日にあたります。♪「鬼は外、福は内、パラッパラッ豆の音、鬼はこっそり逃げていく (^^♪」
節分イベント担当のYさんが「鬼」２体を手作りして下さいました。 子供達はクレヨンで色を付けました。鬼の口には袋が付いていてそこにボールを入れます。 色々と工夫されていて感心します。 ６体の金棒を持った鬼もいました。 子供達はボールを投げて鬼を倒します。 ３歳前後の男の子のボールの勢いは強かった。 この頃は１歳違うとかなり違いますね。
Yさん、楽しいイベントにして頂き有難うございました。

"What is SETUBUN?"
It is a regular annual cultural event that an evil would expel from our house and pray for our health during a year. It came from China and took hold Japanese way. Ancient times, the first day of spring was considered New Year by the luna calendar. They wanted to welcome the New Year after expelling the evils. Metaphorically speaking, it is New Year's Eve.
Ms. Y was in charge of Setubun event, made two evils by herself. Children painted the evils by crayon. An evil's mouth has a big bag and children throw the ball into it. I was deeply impressed by her idea. There were six evils with iron rod. Children threw balls to knocked down the evils. A boy of three of so threw a ball with great power. Amazing!! Only one year makes difference.
