５月１３日パフェを作ろうの報告

一家族100円の参加費で自分の好きなパフェを作りました。
自分のコップとスプーンを持って21組の親子が集まりました。

今日の係りはトンプソンさんです。アイスクリームやコーンフレークなど買い揃えてくれました。花田さんは自宅で白玉を子供に合わせて小さく丸めて作りました。お疲れ様でした。
寄付として芳村さんがきな粉、黒蜜、佐藤さんがバナナ、あんこ、瀬川さんが煮りんご、ヨーグルト、マリーナさんがフルーツジェリー、米澤が５種類のチョコトッピング、ママレード、お煎餅、チョコレートを持ってきました。

みんな違った形のパフェを作り、見比べて笑ったりして楽しい時間を過ごしました。
沢山の材料を寄付してもらいましたが参加費100円では赤字でしたので会計係りから不足分を出してもらいました。

中国では授乳中、生理中はアイスなど冷たい物は食べないそうです。アイス抜きのちょっと淋しいパフェ作りになりました。

初めて参加した親子が4組ありました。ようこそ！コアラへ。そして第2子を産んで戻ってきたコマさん（タイ）、王さん（中国）、お帰りなさい。

今月のお誕生会は晴己君1歳でした。ママのお腹にいる時から、はるき君を待っていたんだよ。皆で誕生日の歌を歌い、お祝いしました。


We made our favorite parfaits from the registration fee of the family 100yen.
21 parents and children gathered with their cups and spoons.

Today's event leader was Ms.Tompson. She brought the ice cream and cornflakes etc.and arranged them on the table. Ms.Hanada made "Shiratama" at home and brought them for children. Thank you very much.
As the contribution, Ms.Yoshimura brought soy bean flour, black honey, Ms.Sato brought banana, bean jam, Ms.Segawa brought sliced apple jam, yogurt, Ms.Marina brought fruit jerry and I,Yonezawa brought 5 kinds of chocolate topping,orange jam,rice cracker,chocolates.

All different parfaits were made by members and they enjoyed comparing to others. We spent a happy time. Though a lot of materials were contributed, we had a deficit because of the registration fee 100yen. Koala accounting covered shortage.
Chinese women seem not to eat a cold thing such as ice cream while suckling and menstruation. Some chinese members made simple parfait without ice cream.

There were four parents and children who had participated for the first time. Welcome to Koala.
And Ms.Koma(Thai) and Ms.Ou(Chinese) returned to Koala after they were delivered of the second child. Welcome back to Koala.

This month's birthday celebration was HARUKI one year old. We were waiting for you since you had come in your mama's. We sung the birthday song for him.

5月6日皆で歌おう（各国の歌）の報告

連休明けで参加者が少ないかな～と思いましたが12組の親子が参加しました。
初めての参加者が3組でした。ようこそ！「コアラ」へ。
　
今日は日本の童謡を覚えてもらいましょう。
「どんぐりころころ」の情景を説明して歌詞を黒板に書きました。何回も歌っているとメロディも覚えられました。
候さんはお子さんに「どんぐりころころ」を歌ってあげられる様になりました。
「こいのぼり」も同じように風景を説明して板書しました。全員で歌いました。

中国歌の内容は母親と子供の愛情物語でした。3人の中国人で歌いました。

11:45に玩具を片付けてコアラの会を終わりました。


I thought that the participant would be a small after successive holidays in May though 12 parents and children participated.
The number of first participants was three. Welcome to Koala!

Let's have the nursery rhyme of Japan remembered today. I explained the scene of 「Dongurikorokoro=an acorn rolling」and lyrics were written on the blackboard. The foreign members remembered the melody when singing many times. Ko san(Chinese)could sing a song 「Dongurikorokoro」to her son.

「Koinobori＝carp-shaped streamer」also similarly explained scenery and the write on a blackboard. All of us sang this song together.

The content of a chinese song was a bond of affection with mother and child. Three chinese ladies sang.

We put away toys from 11:45 and the Koala meeting was ended.

４月８日オリエンテーションの報告

１、「コアラ」の成り立ち

1996年1月設立。
川崎で子育て中の外国人女性が孤立しないように、同世代の日本人と友達になってほしくて立ち上げたボランティア団体です。区役所がやっているサークルではありませんので、場所取りは自分達でやります。予約できた日が活動日です。副代表が担当しています。
現在、申請して年間2万円の支援金をもらっています。講師料、雑費、印刷費などに使っています。予算ぎりぎりでやっています。イベントによって500円以下の実費を貰っています。

２、優太君の金メダル授与式

優太君、めぐみ幼稚園入園、おめでとう。
コアラ卒業おめでとう。ずーと来てくれましたので金メダルをあげます。
コアラに来てくれて有難う。
優太君は「コアラの元気印」で新聞に載りました。中華料理も一番食べました。
風邪が長引いているようですが、食べて動く子供は心配ないよ。風邪を引いて免疫力をつけているのでママは心配しすぎないでね。

３、自己紹介

１）トンプソンさん：娘が7ヶ月の時初参加し今年卒業した。今日から息子と参加。2年以上来ている。コアラは美味しい得点がある。ゆるい感じ。外国人との交流、通訳手伝い。米澤さんの紹介で外部からボランティアで手助けしてくれる人が多い。（木の実工作、折り紙、フラダンス、笹竹、料理、着付けなど）

２）佐藤さん：子供が5ヶ月の時から参加していて現在1歳5ヶ月の男の子。
広報係、パソコンやお礼の色紙など担当。コアラは日が経つにつれてどんどん楽しくなってきた。外国人との交流も楽しめた。今年は社会見学を計画したい。

３）後藤さん：長男が今年コアラを卒業、これから次男と来ます。楽しんでいます。

４）芳村さん：1年前から来ている。現在1歳4ヶ月の男の子のママ。
折り紙やバースディカードの発案、作成担当。これからも軽いタッチで行きたい。

５）渡辺さん：1歳7ヶ月の女児のママ。夫はスペイン人。英語はダメだがスペイン語ならOK。子供が8ヶ月より来ている。体調がすぐれず休みがちだったがもう大丈夫。これからちゃんと来ます。

６）時田さん：初・見学に来た。1歳4ヶ月の子供。知り合いの佐藤さんがいたのでびっくりした。

７）森さん：初・見学。1歳8ヶ月の子供。サークル参加は初めて。10時に来たのに誰も来ない。コアラはゆるいサークルだと分かった。

８）山下さん：中国人、子供1歳8ヶ月。外国人がいるサークルなので気軽に来られるのがいい。子供も私もコアラ大好き。

９）花田さん：4月名古屋から引っ越した。「ゆるい」のはいい。木の実工作で年配の人が４人来てお世話してくれたり、ママ友だけでなくいろんな人と話が出来ていい。余り実家に帰らないのでお年寄りとの接触が無い。これから私も企画に関わりたい。

１０）アムサルさん：エチオピア人、子供はいませんがコアラに来ています。夫は日本人。コアラは外国人にいい。

１１）牧内さん：子供は3歳4ヶ月。幼稚園は月・水・金なので木曜日のコアラはこれからも来ます。「世界には色々な人がいる事を知って欲しい。小さい時から国際交流をさせよう」とコアラに入会した。気がつくと私が一番楽しんでいた。コアラをフレンドリーな雰囲気にしてもっと外国人が来易い場所にして行きたい。

１２）途中で帰った人もいます。

ゲスト）高山保健婦さん：新人のえずらさんを紹介。平成21年度のコアラ連絡係り。コアラは外国人にとって心強い。外国で赤ちゃんを産むと心細いのでコアラを紹介すると喜ばれる。川崎市にとってもコアラは有難い存在。

1, Why was "Koala" founded？
I founded it in January 1996. Koala is a volunteer group that wants you to make friends with same generation's Japanese. I thought there was a lot to be gained by keeping company with Japanese of about the same generation. I hope that the foreign women who are bringing up children in Kawasaki are not isolated. As Koala is not a circle that the ward office can manage,we have to reserve the place by ourselves. The day that was able to be reserved is a day of the activity. The sub-representative is in charge of reservation. We applied for municipal support and receive 20,000yen a year. Koala uses the funding for the instructor fees, miscellaneous expenses, and the print expenses, etc. We managed a very limit budget.Other actual expenses of 500yen or less are generated through event activities.

2.The gold medal presentation for Yuuta.
Yuta: Congratulations, enter Megumi preschool. Congratulations, finished Koala. You came to Koala for a long time, I gave you the gold medal. Thank you for coming to Koala. Yuta ran in Kanagawa Newspaper on "lively boy at Koala". He ate the Chinese cuisines most. Don't worry a child who moves and eats a lot, is health. Though his cold has been prolonged, mama doesn't worry too much. He is immunized against his cold.

3.Self-introduction
1)Ms.Tompson:I first joined Koala when my daughter was only 7 months baby and she finished Koala this year. I came here with my son today and more than two years have passed. There are remarkableness in Koala. I feel easy here. I enjoyed exchange with foreigneres and helped interpretation. A lot of volunteers who are Yonezawa san's friends from other groups came to teach us various things, for exapmle Nut handicraft,Origami,Hula dance,Bamboo tree,cooking,kimono.
2)Ms.Sato:I first joined koala when my son was only 5 months now he is 1.5 years old. Iam in charge of PC,mailing list. Koala has become happy fast as the day passes. It was able to enjoy the exchange with the foreigner. I want to plan a social visit this year.
3)Ms.Goto:My first son finished Koala this year. Today I'm here with my second son. I have been enjoying Koala.
4)Ms.Yoshimura:My son is 1.4 year-old and we have been here for a year. I am in charge of making children's birthday card and other origami goods. I want to enjoy with Koala members.
5)Ms.Watanabe:My daugher is 1.7 year-old. I came here when my daugter was only 8 months. My daughter and I tended not to be excellent the physical condition so far. We will come here more often this year. My husband is Spanish. I speak Spanish but not good at English.
6)Ms.Tokita:Today I came to see Koala. I found my friend Sato san here.
7)Ms.Mori:This is my son 1.8 year-old. I join a circle for the first time. I came here at 10:00 but nobody was here. Koala must be a circle so-called easy group.
8)Ms.Yamashita:I'm chinese and my daughter is 1.8 year-old. It is very good to go Koala because there are foreingers in the circle. We love Koala very much.
9)Ms.Hanada:My family moved from Nagoya. It is very good to be easy in the circle. Four elders taught us the nut handicraft and they took care of our children. We have a chance to talk with not only mama's friend but also elders in Koala. There is no contact with the elderly person because we don't go parents home so much.
10)Ms.Amsal:I'm Ethiopian and haven't baby yet. My husband is Japanese. Koala is a comfortable place for foreigners.
11)Ms.Makiuchi:My son is 3.4 year-old and he goes to preschool except Thursday. Why did I join in Koala? Because I want my son to know that there are various people living in the world. I want him to get experience International exchange with foreigners from the childhood. I enjoyed it more than him. I wish that Koala would be more comfortable and friendly place for foreigners. We give foreigners a hearty welcome!

Guest)Ms.Takayama:She is a midwife and working for Nakahara ward office. Koala is a good place for foreigners. When foreign women delivered a baby in Japan, they were lonely and helpless. We can introduce them to Koala. Koala is very welcome circle for us and foreigner.
