10時半より中原消防署の方より説明がありました。
始めに白い車の救急車。救急車内のストレッチャーを下ろして病人の搬送状態を説明してくださいました。
救急車は3台あり、1台4,000万円もするそうです。
消防自動車は全て同じかと思いましたが違いました。
①火事を消す消防車と②地震の時活躍する消防車、そして③人命救助（レスキュー）消防車の3種類がありました。
①消防士は1分間以内で青色の消防服を着て出動しなければなりません。そのデモンストレーションもありました。はしご車は建物の13階までのばせます。
②地震の時出動する消防車には沢山のホースが納められていました。普段は見る事は出来ません。地震で給水管が壊れた時は多摩川の水を使います。
③人命救助のレスキュー隊員はオレンジ色の服を着ています。
レスキューの消防車にはホースは必要ないので装備していません。色違いのロープが沢山ありました。
電動のこぎり（フライス盤）は崩壊した建物の下敷きになった人を助ける為に使います。
色々な道具を装備していました。
大きなプールがありましたがそれは救助用のボートでした。相模川でおぼれた人を助けたそうです。
色々と工夫して私たちの生命と安全を守ってくださっています。
さて、みんなが待っていた消防車に乗れます。
ガブリエル君は消防車が大好きです。一番に乗ってもらいました。
大人も子供と興奮して消防車に乗り込み、写真を撮りました。
ガブリエル君、大遥君は大きくなったら消防隊員になりたいそうです。消防署の方たちは喜んでいました。
中原消防署の皆様、大変お世話になりました。子供達の夢は大きく膨らんだ事でしょう。有難うございました。

A staff of the Nakahara Fire Station explained about their works from 10:30. A white car is an ambulance car. He showed us a stretcher inside a car and how to take care of patient. There are three ambulance cars and one costs 40 millions.
I thought that all fire engines were the same as others but it was wrong. There were three types of fire engines.
The first is to extinguish the fire, the second is to act an earthquake and third is for lifesaving.
①Firemen have to wear their blue uniform within one minute. A fireman demonstrated it. The scaling ladder can reach up 13th floor of the building.
②The fire engine which act an earthquake did have a lot of fire hoses. We seldom see those. When the city was hit by a strong earthquake and broke waterworks, firemen could supply the water from the Tama river.
③The rescue team uniform is Orange color. A fire engine for rescue team don't equip fire hoses.
There were a lot of different colored ropes. A milling machine (fraise) are used when people are crashed under collapsed building. The varied types of tools were equipped with the fire engine for rescue. We found a big plastic pool but it was a boat for rescue people who were nearly drown at the Sagami river. The fire fighter protect our life and security.
All of us were waiting for riding a fire engine. Gbriel from Brazil loves a Fire engine. Not only children but also adults were exciting to ride on a fire engine and took photos. Gabriel and Taiyo(Japanese boy) want to be firemen in the future. Firemen were glad to hear that. We enjoyed the tour of Nakahara Fire Station. Today's event have a great influence on children.
