＊ シックローとは三輪車です。 お土産用に買ったおもちゃのシックローです。
＊ ハロン湾はユネスコの世界遺産です。 ハノイ市から車で３時間かかります。
＊ ダナン市は中央ベトナムにあります。
＊ ホイアンは日本の京都に似ています。 きれいな所です。
＊ 日本橋は１７世紀に日本のビジネスマンが耐震強度付きで作った橋です。 ベトナム人はこの橋が大好きです。
食事
＊ ベトナム人は路肩に座ってリラックスするのが好きです。 レストランの中で食べるより、路上でフォーなどを食べます。 外国の観光客も路上で食べます。 日本には無い風景ですね。
＊ 一番有名な食べ物は「フォー」です。 ラーメンに似ています。 ビーフとチキンフォーがあります。
＊ ベトナム春巻きも良く食べます。

試食会
＊ 「フォー」は石川フォンさんが作って下さいました。 スープは魔法瓶に入れて、野菜はタッパーに詰めて持って来て下さいました。
スープは牛骨から取るので朝の４時から作り始めたそうです。 それに生姜のかたまりや干しシイタケを入れてだし汁を取るので絶品です。 ベトナムの麺はベトナムから送って貰いました。 ベトナム麺（米の麺）の上に牛肉、玉ねぎ、長ネギ、レタスを乗せスープをかけてレモンを絞る。 好みにより辛子を加える。
＠＠子供達はフォーが美味しいらしく、口を開けて待っている。 ママが食べると泣きだす・・・と言う具合でママは食べる暇が無い。 ２０人分作ってもらったのでママは後からお代わりをして食べました。 コアラの子供達はベトナム料理、中華料理など絶品料理を食べ慣れているのですね。 贅沢！
＊ 「ベトナム春巻き」はオワンさんが作って下さいました。
豚肉，人参、玉ねぎ、もやし、ネギ、シイタケをみじん切りにして麺と卵をつなぎにします。 全部混ぜて、ライスペーパーで巻きます。 それを油で揚げます。
つけ汁はにんにく、唐辛子、ナンプラー、レモンを使います。

* Ho Chi Minh Palace, the name of Ho Chi Minh is our president.

* VINH HA LONG bay is UNESCO world heritage where takes 3 hours from Hanoi city by car.
* Danan city is located in the central Vietnam.
* Beautiful place named HOI AN looks like Kyoto, Japan.
* NIHONBASHI with earthquake-proof construction was built by Japanese Businessmen in 17 century. All Vietnamese love this bridge very much.
Meal
* Vietnamese like to sit on the shoulder of the road and used to eat Pho on the road, not in the restaurant. Foreign visitors also eat the food on the road. There is no scenery in Japan.
* The most popular food is PHO. It looks Ramen. There are Beef and Chiken Pho.
* Vietnamese Spring Rolls are also famous food.

Taste
* PHO was made by Ishikawa Huong san. She brought the soup in thermos bottle and vegetables were packed in case. The soup was made in Cow Bone so that she cooked them from 4:00am. The
Dashi soup is a superb because of containing a lump of Ginger and dry mash room.
Vietnamese noodle was sent from Vietnam. We put beef, onion, leek, lettuce on the noodle and pour on, squeezing lemon.
@@ Children seemed a liking for "Pho", they were waiting opening their mouths. If mama starts to eat, they cried. Mamas had no time to taste but Huong san prepared the food for 20 people, mamas had another bowl of Pho.
Children in Koala could eat International dishes from childhood. @@
* Vietnam Spring Rolls = Nem was made by Oanh san.
Mince onion, beansprouts, pork, carrot, leek, mashroom and knead with noodle and egg. Then, roll the rice paper. Fry up them.
Dip soup contains garlic, red pepper, nam plaa and lemon.
* We had Vietnam tea with Vietnam tea set and finished "Vietnam Day". We're all satisfied with delicious lunch.
