９月１３日エプロンシアターの報告（The Apron theater)

エプロンシアターとは？　
ママがエプロンを着けます。　エプロンのポケットにうさぎ、象、猫のぬいぐるみがいます。　「うさぎは人参を探します。　１，２，３，４個ある。　美味しい。　ごちそうさま。お腹いっぱいになったら眠くなった。おやすみなさい。」の簡単な文章を９ヶ国語で行います。　

言葉の違いやリズムを楽しんでもらいます。

面白いけど飽きてしまった様です。　騒がしくなってきたので中休みして、各国版の動物の鳴き声を表現してもらいました。　猫、犬、鶏、蛙など国によって鳴き声の聞こえ方も違うのですね。　猫は9カ国とも似ていましたがその他は少しづつ違っていましたね。　参加者は外国人母子１６組と日本人母子１４組でした。「え～？　そうなの？　驚き！」の声も聞こえました。

10名の代表の方、お疲れ様でした。　家で練習してきたのですね。　初めは緊張しているのが分かりました。　感情を込めて我が子に話しかけるようにエプロンのママに話しかけてくれました。　女優の様に・・・　皆さんとても素敵でしたよ。　日本語以外の言葉は分かりませんでしたが言葉の響きや抑揚を十分に楽しむ事が出来ました。 　有難うございました。

 What's an Apron Theater?
A mama wears apron. There are a rabbit, an elephant and a cat into pocket on mama's apron. The story is very easy to understand. 　"A long earned bunny is looking for her favorite carrot. She finds 1,2,3,4 carrots. These are delicious. She is a full tummy now and ready to get some sleep. Good night!" 　These are translated by 9 different languages.　 Please enjoy the different tongue and it's rhythm.

It's so fun but children seem to be boring. Let's have a break and give you "Animal's bark show" by nine different languages. A sound of barking as cat,dog,hen and frog are slightly different by countries. Cat barking was similar to all but others were not. Participants were 16 couples of foreign mother and child, 14 couples of Japanese. I heard the voice of " huh! Is that so? Wonder! etc."

Thank you for nine representatives and an apron mama. You practiced it at home, weren't you? You seemed to tense up at first. You spoke to apron mama as if you would speak with emotion to your child. You were so nice as actresses. We couldn't understand all except Japanese but enjoyed fully sound of difference languages and intonation. Thank you very much.

９月６日人形劇の報告（A puppet show)

１ヶ月半の夏休み開け、みんな元気にコアラに戻ってきました。　「お久しぶり。　会いたかった。」と笑顔で挨拶していました。　
人形劇団の「どんぐり」さんとは１０年前からのお付き合いです。
１、どんぐりさんのテーマソング「どんぐりころころ」の歌から始まります。

２、ねことボール
　　人形と音楽だけで言葉はありませんがストーリーは良く分かります。
　　生後６ヶ月を過ぎるとしっかり見ています。
３、カメハメハ
　　手つくりのカメハメハ人形が踊り、歌います。　コアラ会員も大声で「カメカメハ」と合唱します。

４、いっしょに　よいしょ
　　うさぎさん達がいっしょに「よいしょ」と引っ張ると人参が取れました。　象さんが手伝い大きな
　　大根が取れました。　わぁ～

今日は生後２ヶ月の赤ちゃんから３才までの子供達とふた組の中国人お婆ちゃんが参加しました。　外国人親子１６組、日本人親子１０組、５０名以上の参加者で賑わいました。　言葉は分からなくても人形の動きで理解できるようです。　人形の動きに驚きの声をあげ、大きな歓声、大きな拍手で「どんぐりさん」は今までで一番やりやすかったのでは？？

クリステル森廣さん（オーストリア）が七夕祭りのボランティア３名の方々に素敵なメッセージカードを作ってくださいました。　みんな「きれい！　すごいね。　上手！」と言いました。　有難うございました。　直ぐにボランティアの方たちに郵送します。

持ち寄りのお菓子やお茶をいただいて、コアラの会を終わりました。
After 1.5months summer vacation, children full of vigor came back to Koala room.  Members were greeting each other by saying "Long time no see.  I missed you so much."
Koala has been associating with the puppet group named "Donguri" since ten years.

1, Start with the theme song "Donguri Korokoro".
2, Cat and Ball
    It is easy story that cat stuffed doll and ball are changing place by place with music except words.  Even 
    six months babies were watching the show.
3, Kamehameha
    A handmade Kamehameha dolls are singing and dancing.  Koala members chorus kamehameha together.
4, Itshoni Yoisho
    Bunny pulled out carrot saying "Yoisho (oops-a-daisy)" with friend.  An elephant helps to pull out
    something.  Big radish!!  Wow!!

From 2 months babies to 3 years old children and their mothers and also two Chinese Grandmothers enjoyed the puppet show.  Participants were 16 couples of foreign mother and child and 10 couples of Japanese. They seemed to understand the meaning by dolls movement, even if they don't know Japanese.  They surprised at doll moving, shouted for joy, gave applause to Donguri group.  Koala members must be good viewers.

Birthday Party for August;

Kristina Morihiro san from Austria made "thank you message card" that was the Star Festival for three volunteers.  It was wonderful works.  Members said "Oh, beautiful, awesome" skillful".  Thank you, Kristina san.  I will send them to volunteers soon.

７月１２日英語で遊ぼう！の報告（Let's play in English!)

カナダ出身の西村サンディさんの掛け声で始まりました。　最初から英語で話された。　
「皆で玩具を片付けましょう！」
１、ローローローユアボート
「大きな輪になって！」「座って！」「子供をママの膝の上に向き合って乗せて！」

２、幸せなら手をたたこう。
手をたたこう。　足ならそう。　ホーレイと叫ぼう。

次は台湾出身の林佳秦さんのリードで始まりました。　
３、ビンゴ　（お百姓さんがいました。　犬を飼っていました。　犬の名前はビンゴでした。）
「ビンゴのBで一回ジャンプします。　２回目はBで２回ジャンプします。　５回まで」

サンディさんと林さんのリードです。
４、ホッキー　ポッキー　
「右手を出して、右手を引っ込めて、右手を出して振って、ぐるっと回る」を左手、右足、左足、右肩、左肩、全身の順で歌いながら踊る。

５、ロンドン橋
アンジェさんと瀬川さんが橋になり、その中を親子で音楽に合わせてくぐります。　橋が落ちたところで誰かが捕ります。　その時、マイフェア・レディと歌います。

終わると汗がじわっと出ました。　大人も子供も笑顔でお二人のリードに合わせて踊っていました。良い体操になりました。　西村サンディさんと林佳秦さんは２回もリハーサルされたそうですね。　本当に楽しい時間を有難うございました。　素晴らしいイベントでした。

７月のお誕生会；

お誕生日をお祝いして林さんがチョコレートを米澤代表がティラミスとコーヒーを差し入れしました。
みんなで美味しく頂きました。　

参加者の中から「コアラでは毎回、こんな豪華なお菓子が出るのですか？」と聞かれました。
いいえ、違います。　コアラの経費で飲食は出来ません。　気がついた人が自費でお菓子を買って持ってきます。　ティラミスは一人で食べるより皆で食べたほうが楽しいな～と思って持ってきました。
The event started by Nishimura Sandy san from Canada.  She spoke English from the start.
"Everybody, let's clear up the toys."

   Let's make a circle big and round and sit down.  A mama is holding a baby on her lap, face to face.

2, If you're happy clap your hands
   Stand up and get ready for some exercise.
   Clap your hands, Stump your feet, Shout Ho-ray

Next, Lin Kashin san from Taiwan took the lead.
3, Bingo (There was a farmer had a dog and bingo was his name.)
   Let's jump at B of bingo and two jumps at B of Bingo at the second.

Sandy san and Lin san took the lead.
4,  Put your right hand IN, take your right hand OUT.  Put your right hand IN, and you shake it all about.
    Turn yourself around.  Following left hand, right foot, left foot, right shoulder, left shoulder, the whole
    body.  We enjoyed music and exercise.

5, London Bridge
    Angie san and Segawa san make bridge.  Mommas and kids go under the bridge as the song goes.
    The bridge falls to catch the mommy and kid when we sing, "My fair lady."

We perspired after five rhythmical motion.  Not only children but mommas were dancing smilingly.  We had a good exercise.  It seems that Sandy san and Kashin san had a rehearsal two times.  Thank you for sharing a nice time with us.  It was a wonderful job.

July Birthday Party;
Chin Yuhan(Taiwan) 2 years old girl. Today (7/12) is her birthday.  Wataya Ryugin 1 year old boy.  Today's entry.

New Members; Wataya Misao san, Fuse Sayaka san  Welcome to Koala!!

Lin san brought chocolate for her daughter's birthday and Tiramisu and coffee were from Yonezawa leader.  We shared sweets.  The sweets make us happy too.

Some participant asked to me " I am wondering about this kind of gorgeous sweets would serve at Koala every time."   An answer is NO.  We can't serve eating and drinking from Koala budget.  Delicate people offer them.  It must be enjoyable to eat Tiramisu with members than alone.

７月５日七夕祭りと浴衣を着よう！の報告（The Star Festival and Let's wear YUKATA!)

毎年、伊藤重子さんはご自宅の庭の笹竹を９時半までにコアラに届けてくださいます。　今年は浴衣２枚を寄付してくださいました。　いつもコアラを応援してくださり有難うございます。　
米澤代表が浴衣を９枚持ってきましたので１１人は浴衣を着ることができます。

みんなで飾り付け

中原区役所の依頼で慶応大メディアデザイン研究所の鈴木健大さんがビデオの撮影に来られました。　インタビューを受けた人は野田クーシンさん、首藤菜穂さん、藤原錦芳さんと米澤代表でした。　折り紙や包装紙などで作った飾りを笹竹に紐でつけました。　コアラでは「頭を使ってお金を使わず！」です。　わずかな資金なので色々と工夫しています。

浴衣の着付けを体験

１１時に着付けの先生、矢追三惠さん、井上皆子さんが来られて、浴衣の着付け方を教えてもらいました。　全員が浴衣を着られる様に先生方もスーツケースに数枚の浴衣を持ってきてくださいました。　ところが人が多すぎて部屋の温度が高くなり、蒸し暑くてママ達は浴衣を着たくない様です。　赤ちゃんが泣き出しました。　途中で帰った人もいます。　今日の参加者は２９組５７名でした。　嬉しい悲鳴です。　(*´∀｀*)
皆で写真を撮って終わりました。　それぞれが笹竹を貰って帰りました。　願い事を書いた短冊を加えて本番の７月７日まで窓際に飾っておいてくださいね。

早速、クリスティーナさんが笹竹の伊藤さん、着物の矢追さんと井上さんに贈る御礼の「写真入りメッセージ」を作ってくださいました。　夜空に輝く天の川にコアラ会員の写真が浮かびあがり、感謝の言葉が添えてある。　素晴らしい作品です。　☺（＾ｖ＾）(-^〇^-)　有難うございまいした。　

Ms. Shigeko Ito has been delivered a bamboo tree from her garden to Koala room at 9:30 every year.  She donated two sets of Yukata.  We really appreciate she has been supporting Koala.  I, Yonezawa prepared 9 sets of Yukata, so 11 persons can wear them.

ビデオ撮影の打ち合わせ

Mr. Takehiro Suzuki, Keio Univ. Media Design Institute took pictures of our activity requested by Nakahara Ward office.   Interviewee were Noda Kushin san, Shudo Naho san, Fujiwara Kinpo san and Koala founder Yonezawa.  We decorated art works of origami and wrapping paper on the bamboo tree.  I used to say to Koala members "Use your brain and don't spend money".  We use our own initiative because of limited funds.

着付けの先生

Ms. Mie Yaoi and Ms. Minako Inoue who are Kimono professional arrived in Koala at 11:00 and taught us how to wear Yukata.  They also prepared several Yukatas for Koala members.  Koala room was jammed with people and was rising temperature.  Mamas were reluctant to wear Yukata because of mugginess.  The babies cried out.  Someone left the room.  Today's participants were 57 persons.  "Cry for joy" to me. (*´∀｀*)　　We took photos.  Each of us brought a bunch of bamboo tree home.  Please write your wishes on the piece of paper and tied the bamboo tree and hung it on the window until July 7 when it is the Star Festival.

New Members; Hasinokuchi san, Andores san(America), Rita Young san(Taiwan), Kow Kabun san(Taiwan), Morihiro Kristina san(Austria) and her Japanese friend, Nakagawa san.

Kristina san made "Message with picture" to Ito san (bamboo tree), Yaoi san and Inoue san(kimono) for recognition of their kindness.  Our pictures are clearly silhouetted against glorious the Milky Way in the night sky and was written words of gratitude.  What a wonderful works, Kristina san.  Thank you so much.
