リトミック体操の神谷先生には４年前からコアラに来て指導して下さっています。
小柄な先生は東京から沢山の遊び道具を持って11時に来られました。
先生を中心に皆で輪になり座りました。親子のスキンシップ体操から始まりました。
0歳から1歳までの乳児は抱いたまま体操します。
音楽に合わせて持ち上げたり、回ったり、歩いたりします。
2歳から3歳までの子供は先生の助手になりでんぐり返しやブランコ体操をします。
先生は大胆に子供達を持ち上げたり、振り回したりするので子供達はキャーキャーと喜んでいました。
愛美ちゃん、優太君、鈴華ちゃん、啓介君、ガブリエル君は交代で出番を待っています。
先生の体を登って肩に立つと大人を見下ろせます。
子供達は優越感に浸ったいい顔をしていました。
36名の親子参加者に拍手されて子供達はヒーローやヒロインでした。
12時半までリトミックを指導していただきましたが、子供達は暴れた後はお腹がすいてエネルギーが無くなりました。
神谷先生に「子供の集まりは10時からにしないといけませんよ」と忠告されました。
休憩でお茶やお菓子を食べました。
産後、肩こりや腰痛で悩んでいるママ達に寝たまま出来る体操を指導してくださいました。 先生は休む暇なく1時半までお付き合いくださいました。お疲れ様でした。有難うございました。
今回の参加費は一家族300円でした。
今月のお誕生日は2才になった純君でした。
いつもの様に芳村さんの可愛い手作り誕生カードに皆でおめでとうの言葉を書きました。
ママの姿が見えないと「この世は終わりだ」と我を忘れて大泣きしていますが、後15年もするとイケメンの青年になり、「彼女がいないとこの世は終わりだ」になるのでしょうね。
可愛い今が大切ですよ。
A rythmique exercise instructress Kamiya sensei has come to Koala four years ago. She came from Tokyo bringing big bags of playground equipment and arrived at 11:00. We sat down led by a teacher in a ring together.
Koala event was started from physical contact with mama and child.
The moms had gymnastic exercise in the case of from 0-year-old to 1-year-old with having embraced a baby.
We lift our babies to music and turn around and walk.
The children from 2-year-old to 3-year-old become the assistant to teacher and do a somersault and a swing exercise.
Sensei boldly lifted, brandished children, and children were pleased with yippee. Aimi,Yuta,Keisuke,Suzuka and Gabriel were waiting for their turns.
It is possible to look down at the adult when going up to the teacher and standing in the shoulder.
Children would get the sense of superiority.
Five children could be hero and heroin as 36 participants gave applause to them.
The teacher was guiding in rythmique until 12:30, but children were hungry after exercise and their energies were lost.
Kamiya senei advised us that we should start at 10:00.
I served tea and sweet at tea break.
After childbirth, mamas are suffering badly from their lumbago and the stiff neck. Sensei gave them special exercise until 1:30 without rest. Tank you.
Participation fee was 300yen for a family.
This month's birthday was Jun at the age of 2.
We celebrated him with a cute handmade birthday card that was full of messages.
Jun dissolves into tears when mama is missing from his sight and he assumes that "the world is the end."
But 15 years later, he will be a cool guy and says that "the world is end without girlfriend."
