準備が出来たところで布施さんが手遊び歌を二つ教えて下さいました。
子供たちはお菓子の時間が待ちきれず、お茶タイムにしました。
子育てグループ交流会の報告；
コアラから布施さんと河合さんが参加しました。
＊ グループリーダーの方は仕事の様に真剣に取り組んでいた。
＊ 年間行事の計画がコアラは空白が多かった。 他の団体は１年間の行事が決まっていた。
＊ どのグループも係を決めるのが難しく、やってくれそうな人を探している。
＊ 外遊びの場所がマンネリ化している。
＊ 出欠の管理については無料のソフトを使っていた。
＊ コアラは年会費３００円の他にあまりお金がかからない事が他と違っていた。
コアラでの話し合い；
＠ 係は複数で担当する。
＠ 初めて来た人の為に見学案内係を設ける：河合さんが担当
＠ 出席簿を作り、来た人は自分の名前にＯを付ける：メール係担当
＠ 名札が欲しい。 毎回シールに名前を書いてもらう。（面倒なので続かないと思う。名札がある ので使ってほしい）
＠ グループ割りをしてイベントを考えてもらう。（以前、会員の発案でやったけどグループに差が出て辞めて行った人がいた。 ボランティア団体なので強制はしたくない。 自主的にやりたい人がやるのが長続きする）
＠ コアラは代表の米澤さんの負担が重いのではないか？：（ありがとう。 私は楽しんでコアラをやっているので負担だと感じていません。 幸いなことに、沢山の友達から助けられています。）

It seems that we have a small membership because of rain.
Fuse san taught us two songs with doing hand motion.
After warm-up, we made the decoration of paper loops by Origami for the Star Festival.
Children could hardly wait to have sweets. Let's have a tea break!
Report about Child Care Group meeting;
(Fuse san and Kawai san from Koala attended.)
* The group leaders tackled their schedule seriously.
* There are blanks in Koala annual schedule but other groups have already decided the event.
* Each groups has difficulty to find a person in charge.
* Outdoor spots are getting into a rut.
* Some group used a free soft for checking member's attendance.
* Koala was different from other groups on the expense. Koala annual membership dues is 300yen besides we make at little expense.
Talk among Koala meeting;
@ A person in charge will be more than one person.
@ Set a guide for a new comer: Kawai san
@ Make an attendance book and mark "O" on your name when you come in.: Fuse san
@ Need name plate. Write the name on a seal every time. (This won't last long. We have already have name plates. Please use them.)
@ Make up groups and think about the next event. (We had done it a few years ago but that didn't work. Some of them left Koala hesitant. Koala is a volunteer Group so that I don't want to force them to do something. I think it will last long that members who have volunteerism manage Koala meeting.)
@ I am wondering if a leader Yonezawa san burdened with cares about Koala events. (Thank you for your concern over me. I don't feel "burdens" because I love Koala meeting. Thankfully, many friends of mine help me.
