日本に　すんでいる　子ども ＜０さい　から　中学生(ちゅうがくせい)＞を　そだてている　人は、児童手当(じどう てあて)という　お金(かね)を　もらうことができます。

Parents who are raising children from new-born babies to Junior High students living in Japan are eligible to have the child benefits.

いま、　児童手当(じどう てあて)を　もらっている　人(ひと)は、　あなたの　家(いえ)に　「現況届(げんきょう とどけ)」が　きます。

You have already getting the child benefits,and notice of Genjyoutodoke will be send your house. 

必要(ひつよう)な　ことを　かいて、　あなたの　家(いえ)の　ちかくの　役所(やくしょ)に　だして　ください。６月中(６がつ　ちゅう)に　だしてください。

Fill in the form and send it to the ward office near you.  Send it within June.

「現況届(げんきょう とどけ)」を　ださないと、　児童手当(じどう てあて)を　もらうことが　できません。とても　大切(たいせつ)　です。

If you don't submit Genkyoutodoke, you can't get Jidouteate,child benefits.
This is very important!

わからないことが　あるとき、　家(いえ)の　ちかくの　役所(やくしょ)に　きいてください。
