今日は寒冷前線が日本列島を覆い、外は２度の寒さです。「風邪を引きました。インフルエンザにかかりました。気管支炎になってしまいました。」残念ながらコアラに行けませんと連絡が入っています。気をつけてください。
フラダンスのイベントは代表の米澤が担当しました。
寒さで鼻を赤くした親子が１６名集まりました。
フラダンスのドレス６着、フラワーレイ、花、髪飾りなど２５人分持ってきました。
お部屋はお花畑のようです。鏡を見ながらフラワーの髪飾りをつけ、ドレスに合わせてフラワーレイを選びました。
ちょっと恥ずかしいけど、みんなでやれば楽しいです。「いいじゃない！」「かわいいね～」 変身した自分にうっとり！
皆で靴下を脱いで足指のマッサージをしました。
体も心もぽかぽかと温かくなってきました。この部屋はもう春が来ているようです。
フラダンスの基本ステップを紹介しました。
「思っていたより難しいですね。腰が思うように動かない。」と言いながらも笑顔で体を動かしていました。
フラダンス「南国の夜」を覚えました。手話と同じなのですぐに覚えました。
後はフラガールになりきって好きに踊って下さい。
なんだか楽しくなってきたわ。ぐずる子供をおんぶ紐で前に抱いたまま音楽に合わせて踊るママ。
ドレス、レイ、髪飾りにおんぶ紐の組み合わせも珍しい。
うっすら汗をかいた頃終わりにしました。
お茶を飲みながらフラダンス「プアオレナ」を見て貰いました。
「え！柔らかい。米澤さん、今までのイメージと違いすぎます。」
The Japanese archipelago was covered the cold front today. The temperature outside fell two degrees. I got several e-mails such as; "I got a cold. We were down with influenza. My daughter got bronchitis. We are very sorry we can't attend Koala meeting this time." Please take care of yourself.
The Koala founder Yonezawa took charges of the event "Let's practice Hawaiian Hula Dance." Mothers and kids, 16 in all with reddened nose,came. I brought my 6 Hula dance dresses, flower lei,artificial flowers,the hair ornament of the flowers for 25 people. This room looks like a flower garden. The hair ornament of the flower was put up while looking in the mirror. The flower lei was chosen according to the dress. We are ashamed to do, although are happy for the moment. It must be fun to do all together. "You look nice!","How cute you are!" We were enchanted by our beauties. We pulled off our socks and massaged our toes. Gradually, our bodies and minds became warm. It sounds as if spring is now with us. I introduced the basic steps of the Hula dance. Members were moving their bodies with smile and said that it is more difficult than I thought and my waist donesn't move as I think. We practiced dancing named "Nangoku no yoru". The Hula dance is as same as finger language. Please enjoy Hula dance that you identified with the Hula-girl. "Wow,I become happy somehow. There is mama who dances to the music with a fret baby holding in front with string. It is unusual to see the combination of the string with the dress, the lei and the hair ornament. When we were sweating slightly, brought our lesson to an end. While members were taking a break, I showed Hula dance "Puaorena". "Well, well,well. What a supple body! Yonezawa san is too diffirent from the current image."
