１２月５日クリスマス会の報告（Christmas Party)

クリスマスパーティーらしく壁にクリスマスの飾りつけをしました。　クリスマスツリーの書かれた布、金銀のモール、折り紙をどのように飾れば綺麗になるかな～？　　皆さんのセンス次第です。
最後は２１歳の若い女性がモールをリボンの形に仕上げました。　彼女たちは北里大学の看護学生二人です。　区役所の研修でコアラの活動に参加しました。

クリスマスの飾りつけが終わると写真撮影をしました。　子供たちの可愛い表情が取れたかな？

今度は皆で輪になって英語の歌で子供の紹介をしました。

１２月生まれの誕生会をしました。

「クリスマスプレゼント交換の品は家にある玩具や絵本などをラッピングして持ってきて下さい。」とメールでお知らせしていました。　男の子用と女の子用に分けてクリスマスツリーの下においてあります。　　子供たちだけで好きなものを取りに行って貰いました。

サンタさんよりメール係の布施さん、ブログ写真係の宮島さんと小林さん、集金係の高原さん、誕生日係の渋谷さん、案内係の河合さん、名札係の稲垣さんに感謝のクッキーが渡されました。

次は子供の番です。　メリークリスマス！！　ぬいぐるみのサンタさんよりクリスマスツリーのクッキーが配られました。　クッキーは社会福祉法人のおかし工房「しいの実」さんから毎年購入しています。

このクッキーは私の友達「長濱和枝さんの寄付」で購入しました。　年２回コアラの子供達に楽しんでもらいたいと寄付して下さいます。　本当に有難うございます。　助かっています。
「今年はサンタクロースになってクッキーを配って欲しい！」と頼みましたが仕事で来られませんでした。

最後に保健師さんより子供の風邪予防いついてお話がありました。

副代表の藤原錦芳さんの提案でコアラの会が終わって、ボランティアと係の人達とのお疲れさん会をしました。　藤原さんが得意の中華粥、チャーハン、朝鮮人参エキスで鶏肉と野菜の煮物を作って下さいました。　温かくて栄養たっぷりで心も体もポカポカして来ました。

We put Christmas decorations on the wall for Christmas Party.  How could you decorate beautifully with the cloth figured with a Christmas Tree, Tinsels and Origami?  It's depend on your sense.
Finally, young ladies of 21 years old finished the form of ribbon using tinsels.  They are nurse students of Kitazato University and came to see Koala activity as a trainee of the ward office.

After Christmas decorations, we took a picture of children.  Shoot an adorable child!

Then, we sat in a circle and introduced children by singing English song.

We informed by mail "Please bring used toys or picture books that you have for Christmas Present Exchange."  We put them under the Christmas Tree for the Boy's and for the Girl's.
We encouraged children to take a present that you wanted.

Santa san gave cookie by way of appreciation to persons in charge of mailing; Fuse san, Blog Picture; Miyajima san and Kobayashi san, Collector; Takahara san, Birthday; Shibuya san, Attendant; Kawai san, Name plate; Inagaki san.

Children, your turn comes last.  Merry Christmas!!  A stuffed Santa doll handed round the Christmas tree cookie.
Koala has bought cookie from confectionery "Shiinomi" every year.

These cookie were donated by my friend Ms. Kazue Nagahama who has been supporting for Koala Children twice a year.  Thank you very much.  We have profited by your kindness.
"Please be a Santa Claus and give a cookie to children."  She couldn't come to Koala for her business.

Last, a health visitor from the Ward office had a talk about prevention of the cold.

Koala vice president Ms. Kinpo Fujiwara proposed to have the lunch meeting with volunteer staff and persons in charge of conduct after Koala meeting.  She cooked Chinese rice porridge, Chinese fried rice and Chicken and vegetable boiled and seasoned by Chosen Ninjin essence.  We felt warm of mind and body getting hot and nourishing food.  Bon appetit!  Thank you for the delicious lunch.

ニュース）フィリピン台風３０号と懐かしい出会い（News;Philippine Typhoon and encounter)

＊　フィリピン台風３０号の被害にあわれた人々に心よりお悔やみ申し上げます。
コアラでは赤ちゃん用の夏物古着をコアラ卒業生を通してレイテ島に送りました。　コアラ会員並びにコアラ卒業生の皆様、ご寄付を有難うございました。

＊　先日１０年前のコアラ卒業生のママに偶然会いました。　当時、インド人のラダーさんと高橋さん達が「語学サークル」を作ってお互いに日本語と英語の教え合いをしていました。　今でも交流があり、時々食事会をしているそうです。　子供たちは中学生になりました。　
こんな報告が一番嬉しいです。　コアラを続けていて良かったな～と思えます。

* Baby's used clothes for summer were sent to Leyte island where was damaged by Philippine Typhoon 30.  My sympathies are with you.  Thank you for Koala members and the former members donation.

* I encountered an old Koala member who finished Koala 10 years ago.  At that time, Indian Radha san and Takahashi san and others made "Language exchange circle" that teach Japanese and English each other.  They are still keeping on interaction.  Their children grew up to the Junior High School students.  These news are most delightful for me.   

１１月２１日ベビーマッサージの報告（Baby Massage)

ロイヤルセラピスト協会認定のベビーマッサージセラピスト、大木真季子先生においでいただきました。　事前申し込み制で有料です。　バスタオル、オムツ、飲み物を持参するようにメールでお知らせしました。　ふつう１歳未満の赤ちゃんが対象ですが今回コアラに来ている子供たちを対象にして頂きました。

大木先生はママ達に「子供が最近出来る様になったこと！」を聞いて、歌を歌いながら子供たちを紹介しました。　子供たちの「は～い」から始まりました。

首藤　七海ちゃん　 ２歳１１か月　幼稚園が決まりました。　自分の事は自分でやります。
首藤　渚ちゃん　　　０歳３か月　　首が座る。　よだれが良く出る。
宮島　紗知ちゃん　 ２歳７ヶ月　　「ヤダー」をよく言う。
鈴木　澪ちゃん　　　３歳３か月　　恥ずかしがり屋でお話が出来ない。
河合　穂佳ちゃん　 ２歳３か月　　会話が増えた。
佐藤　瑛里奈ちゃん２歳３か月　　風邪を引いてから鼻をかめる様になった。
張　　悠悠ちゃん　　１歳６か月　　（中国）単語が話せるようになった。

１３名のコアラの子供たちがベビーマッサージを受けます。
裸になると気持ちがいいのか走り回っている子もいます。　
風邪の予防、便秘の予防になりますのでオイルをたっぷりつけてマッサージしてあげて下さい。　子供とのスキンシップです。　先生は赤ちゃんの人形を使って体の部位のマッサージを説明されました。　写真係の宮島さんは「沢山の裸の赤ちゃんの写真をブログに載せていいのかな？？」と心配顔でした。

洋服を着て皆でお茶をしてコアラの会を終わりました。

Koala welcomed the Baby Massage Therapist Ms. Makiko Ooki who is certified as a member of Royal Therapist Organization.
There was a charge for Baby Massage event and required to apply before head.  Informed to bring a bath towel, diaper, drink by mail.
The Baby Massage for babies are usually under 1 year old but it is going to be for all groups of Koala children.

Ms. Ooki asked to Mama "What is able to do your child recently?"  She sung a song to introduce children.

13 Koala children received the Baby Massage. 
Some children were running around with naked comfortably.  The Oil Massage will help them prevent from a cold and constipation.  This is a physical contact with your child.
Teacher used a baby doll how to interact with your child through oil massage.

A photographer Miyajima san said with a concerned look "Can I put naked children's picture on Koala Blog?"
Koala meeting was finished having Tea time after putting on shirt.

２０１４年４月から保育園の申し込みを受け付けます。　子供を保育所に通わせたい人は希望する保育園を見学してから申し込みましょう。　申し込み方法は区役所に相談して下さい。

１１月７日ダンスコラボレーションの報告（Dance Collaboration)

朝から雨の為、参加者は２０組の親子でした。　
ダンサーの着替えが終わるまで皆で英語の歌を歌いました。

１、バレエ―河合敬子さん
基礎レッスン１～５番の立ち方を皆で学んだ。　バレエダンサーの様に足をあげるが、なかなか綺麗に上がらない。　河合さんはトーシューズに履き替えてスーッと足をあげた。　美しかった。　やはり習ったことがある人は違う。　トーシューズのなかで足の親指に全体重を乗せているので、太ると足を痛めるそうだ。　子供もママもトーシューズを履いてみた。

２、フラメンコ―渡邉寛恵さん、稲垣可夜子さん
フラメンコはジプシーの文化でスペインの民族舞踊です。　踊りに使う道具はカスタネット、アバニコ（扇）、ショール、バストーン（リズムを取る道具）、帽子があります。　一人で踊る時もあります。　男女組んで踊るタイプは「パレハ」と呼ばれています。　
スペイン南部のアンダルシア地方のフラメンコ「テリザーナス」を二人で踊ります。
踊りの途中で「ハレオ」掛け声をお願いします。　ハレオは３種類です。
①　オレ！（いいね～）
②　バモ！（がんばれ～）
③　ボニータ！（かわいい～）

渡邉さんは７年前にスペインに語学留学している時、フラメンコを習いました。　彼女のご主人はスペイン人です。　いつも大人しい彼女からは信じられない程の情熱的な踊りと肩を小刻みに揺らすダンスは本格的でした。
稲垣さんは学生時代にフラメンコ部に所属していました。　「ボニータ！」の掛け声にニッコリ。
二人で何回も練習したそうです。

ブラボー、　アンコール！！の声もかかりました。

３、フラダンスー米澤悦子
フラは手話です。　踊りで相手に思いを伝える事が出来ます。　私は１０年以上フラを踊っていますが飽きません。　フラダンスは裸足で踊るので健康的ですし笑顔で踊るので楽しいです。　フラの曲はラブソングが多いです。　「カレファイミリア」は霧の中の可愛い花と言う意味です。　単純に霧と花の話しではなく「霧が男性」で「花が女性」を示します。　想像しながらご覧下さい。

４、フィリピンのダンスー寺田マリべスさん
モスリムダンス「シンギル」を披露しました。　黄色の民族衣装に大きな団扇を持って踊りました。
フィリピンはキリスト教徒が多いのですがイスラム教徒もいます。　宗教に関係なくダンスとしてフィリピンでは踊っています。　マリべスさんの子供は３年前にコアラを卒業しましたが彼女は時々コアラに来てボランティアをしてくれます。　有難いです。

メモ；
普段、子供のママであり、家の奥さんの彼女たちがコアラのイベントで意外な顔を見せてくれる。　本当の自分をさらけ出せる場所があると気分転換になり、ストレスも発散できる。　「コアラ」は楽しい場所ですね。

It was rain from the morning and participants were 20 couples of mom and child.  We sung English song during four dancers dressed for their costumes.

1, Ballet - Ms. Keiko Kawai
Practice the ballet standing, the basic lesson No. 1 ~ 5.  We tried to stretch our legs like a ballet dancer.  It was hard to stretch one beautifully.  Ms. Kawai put on her toe shoes and stretched her leg.  She was beautiful.  She was different from us who don't know the first thing about Ballet.  All her weight put on a big toe in her toe shoes so that to get fat could harm her legs.  Not only moms but children tried to put on toe shoes.

2, Flamenco - Ms. Hiroe Watanabe,  Ms. Kayoko Inagaki
The Flamenco is Gypsy culture, Spanish ethic dance.  There are a pair of castanets, Abanico(Fan), Shawl, Bastone(tap out rhythm) for dancing tools.  Dance alone could be OK.  It is called "Pareha" that dancers couples.  Please call in our dancing.  There are three kind of "Hareo" call.
1, ORE! (good~)
2, BAMO! (fight~)
3, BONITA! (cute~)

When Ms. Watanabe had been studying in Spain 7 years ago, she had learned Flamenco too.  Her husband is Spanish.  She is usually quiet and reserved but was unbelievable passionate dancer.  To wiggle her shoulder was genuine.
Ms. Inagaki belonged to Flamenco club when she was in the school days.  Whenever we call "BONITO", she smiled.  Two of them practiced many times.
"BRABO!  ENCORE!!" Koala members were calling.

3, Hula Dance - Ms. Etsuko Yonezawa
Hula is a finger language.  You can communicate by Hula dance.  I am not tired of dancing since I have been dancing Hula for 10 years.   Hula dance is healthy exercise because of barefoot and keeping smile.  I like it.  Hula music are likely love song.  Hawaiian language "Ka Lehua I Milia" means "beautiful flower in the fog".  The story is not simply the fog and the flower, the fog allude to man and the flower allude to woman.  Imagine that you lead a life of man and woman.

4, Philippine Dance - Ms. Marcbeth Terada
She introduced to "Shingil" Muslim dance.  She wore a yellow ethnic costume with big fans.  Most Philippine profess Christianity but some of them believe in Muslim.  No matter what they believe in different religion, they like to this dance.
Marcbeth's daughter graduated from Koala 3 years ago, but she used to come to Koala as volunteer staff.  I appreciate her.

Memo;
Koala members are usually called "Mama or wife" but they show unexpected face at the event.  Koala must be comfortable place where they could blow off their stresses and burdens.

１０月１０日ハロウィーンパーティの報告（The Halloween Party)

コアラの部屋にハロウィーンの飾りをつけました。　一品持ち寄りの料理も机に並びます。
いつもの子供紹介の歌から始めました。
(^^♪　００ちゃん、００ちゃんはどこでしょうか？　ここです。　ここです。　ここにいます。００ちゃん～
ハーイ　(^^♪　　今日は何に変身しましたか？　キティちゃんです。　　モンスターです。　魔女です。　パンプキンマンです・・・・皆、可愛いコスチュームで参加してくれました。

副代表藤原錦芳さんのご主人がコアラの子供たちにハロウィーンプレゼントを４０袋用意して下さいました。　サプライズです！！　子供たちは並んで藤原さんからお菓子を貰って下さい。　「Trick-or-treat!」又は「ありがとう！」と言って下さいね。

１１：１５　お待ちかねの昼食会です。　ご飯コーナーとお菓子コーナーに分かれています。
いつもの様に副代表の藤原さんが「中華海鮮粥」「中華チャーハン」を沢山作って来て下さいました。　早朝からご主人も手伝って作られたそうです。　　この料理を食べたくて日頃コアラに来ない人達が沢山参加しました。　外国人親子１８組、日本人親子２０組の３８組　約７０名が一緒に食事を楽しみました。　皆で「いただきます～」

 

 

 

 

本日見学者５名の中、
河野さん、陳さん、滝口さん、マオさんの４名が入会されました。　ようこそコアラへ！

＊　４年前、ご主人の転勤でブラジルへ行かれたボランティアスタッフの田中さんがコアラに戻ってきました。
＊　ハロウィーンパーティの後片づけ、飾り物撤去、ごみ収集など行いました。　最後まで手伝ってくれたベレンさん、マリべスさん、マリーナさん、阿部さん、田中さん、ありがとうございました。
＊　友人の福本さんは藤原さんの料理の大鍋を車で運んでくださいました。
＊　友人の阿部さんも得意料理の「マツタケご飯」を作って下さいました。

コアラは沢山の優しい友人やボランティアに支えられて運営しております。　いつもありがとうございます。　感謝しています。

The vice president, Fujiwara Kimpou San's husband prepared 40 Halloween presents to Koala children.  It's a surprise!!  Children formed a queue for a present from her.  Say to her "Trick-or-treat" or "Thank you".

11:15 The Lunch time:
The meal corner and the Sweet bar are dividing into two directions.  As a regular meal, a vice president Fujiwara san brought "Chinese sea food rice porridge" and "Chinese fried rice".  She cooked them with her husband from the early morning.  Many absentee members who wanted to eat these foods came to Koala.  Foreign Mom and Child 18 couples and Japanese 20 couples got together and enjoyed Halloween Potluck party.

* A volunteer stuff Tanaka san who went to Brazil with her family 4 years ago returned to Koala.
* We removed the Halloween decoration and cleared the table and collected garbage.  Thank you Beren, Maribeth, Marina, Abe san and Tanaka san helped me to the last.
* My friend Fukumoto san carried Fujiwara san's big pots by her car.
* My friend Abe san cooked her favorite "Matsutake Rice".

Koala have been supported by kind friends and volunteers.  Thank you, always.  I appreciate all of you.




　

１０月３日新聞で遊ぼうの報告（Play with used News Paper.)

始めに１０月の誕生会から始まりました。　お誕生日係の渋谷さんからカードと手作りのコアラペンダントが渡されました。

溝河　類君　　　　　３歳（見学でママと来ました。）
お誕生日おめでとうございます。　子供たちは首からコアラペンダントをさげて、嬉しそうです。　皆で「ハッピーバースデーの歌」を歌い、お祝いしました。

河合さんの指導で今日のイベント「新聞紙で遊ぼう」です。

①　挨拶代わりに子供の名前を呼んで、走って来て新聞紙でゴール。　皆で拍手喝采。　ワオ～

 

②　新聞紙をたたんでその上に座ります。　もっと小さくたたんで座ります。
③　帽子にしてかぶります。
④　洗濯物にして干します。
⑤　マントにして着ます。　皆、走って！　ぐるぐる回りながら走って！

⑥　新聞紙を小さく破って。
⑦　逆さまにした傘に入れて、新聞紙の雨が降ります～　キャーキャー
⑧　皆で新聞紙を拾って、ビニール袋に入れます。　大きな袋、小さな袋・・・
⑨　丸めた袋をボールにして広げた新聞紙に向かって投げます。

♡　♡　新聞紙だけでこんなに遊べるのですね～♡　♡　
係の人、お疲れ様でした。　有難うございました。

小嶋銀蘭さんが水戸市のお菓子、副代表の藤原さんが中国のそら豆のお菓子、米澤代表もお菓子を持ってきました。

今日は見学者４名、ボランティア希望見学者１名でした。
全員で４１名の参加で行われました。

ボランティア希望の渡辺さんは横浜から来られました。　２００４年の読売新聞のコアラの記事を見てコアラに行ってみたいと思われたそうです。　９年後やっと希望が叶いました。　昔の新聞記事に私が載っていました。　９年前の私は若い！！

We sung a song "Happy Birthday" together and celebrated them.

Today's event "Play with used News paper" lead by Kawai san.
1, Call a child name and dash for the newspaper and reach the goal.  We applaud the runner.  Whoop!
2, Fold the newspaper and sit on it.  Fold it up small and sit on it again.
3, Wear the paper hat.
4, Hang out the washing.
5, Wear a cloak.  Run!  Run around the room together.
6, Tear the paper up small.
7, Put the teared paper into upside-down umbrella.  Here! It's a paper rain!  Yippee~
8, Pick up messy paper and put them in the plastic bag.  There are big bags, small bags.
9, Bag is a ball, throw it at the unfolded newspaper.

Today, we had 4 visitors and a volunteer visitor and 41 people were attended to Koala meeting.
Watanabe san who wants to be volunteer came from Yokohama.  She longed for coming to Koala because she read an article of Koala activity in Yomiuri News paper in 2004.  Her dream come true after 9 years.  I happened to meet me in young age.

外国籍の子供がいる家には９月ごろ「入学案内」が届きます。　住んでいる区役所に行って、手続をして下さい。　「入学案内」が届かない場合は、住んでいる区役所で相談しましょう。

日本国籍の子供がいる家には１０月頃「就学通知」が届きます。　手続きは必要ありません。　入学までに健康診断や説明会があるので、日にちを確認しましょう。

The Children who were born in April 2 2007 ~ April 1 2008 enter the Primary School in April 2014.
The family who has foreign child resident will be reached "Guidance for entering school form" in Sept.  Parents need to go to the ward office to register as foreign residents.  In case of "Guidance for entering school form" don't get at it, go to the ward office to consult.

Japanese residents will be reach " Entering school notification" in October.  No need procedure.
Please check the date, child will have her physical check up and an explanation until the date of the entering school.

９月１２日フィンガープリントの報告（Finger Printing)

コアラの会はいつもの歌から始まりました。
(^^♪　００ちゃん、００ちゃんはどこでしょうか？　ここです。　ここです。　ここにいます。　００ちゃん～　は～い！(^^♪
子供たちは歌に慣れてきたようでリズムを取って踊っている子もいます。　お友達の名前を呼ばれた時も「は～い」と手をあげる子もいます。

布施さんの指導でフィンガープリントを行いました。
１、この絵具は水で薄めないで使います。
２、手についても大丈夫です。　すぐに落ちます。　子供用に作られています。
３、一枚の紙皿に一色の絵具をおきます。
４、野菜や葉っぱを持って来た人は出してください。　（レンコン、ハスの実、さつまいも、ナス、ジャガイモ、ホウレン草の茎、色々な葉っぱが集まった）
５、画用紙に野菜で作ったハンコを押してください。
６、手に絵具をつけて手形を押しても良いですよ。　（練さんは子供の足形を押した。）

１時間後に立派な作品が出来上がりました。

手、足の絵具を拭いて、マットもきれいに拭きました。　綺麗なマットの上に長い紙を広げて、今度はクレヨンでお絵かきしましょう。

米澤代表がお菓子を差し入れしました。　ブログ写真係の宮島さんが手作りのケーキを持って来て下さいました。　皆でお茶の時間にしましょう。

子供たちは満足したのか今日はなかなか帰らないね～。

Koala Meeting started with our regular song!

Children became accustomed to this song.  Some children tap rhythm.  Another child raises her hand when we called her friend's name.

Fuse san taught us about the Finger Print;
1, Don't dilute the paint with water.
2, This paint is made for children and is safe to tough by hands.  It is easily to wash out.
3, Put one color paint on a paper plate.
4, Put out vegetables, leaves that you brought in. (Lotus root, Lotus, Sweet Potato, Eggplant, Potato, the stem of spinaches and various leaves.)
5, Please seal on a paper that you made of vegetables.
6, Your hand print is good.  (Ren san printed her son's foot.)

Everyone has done thier masterworks after an hour.

We wiped the dirt off our hands and feet and also the mat.

Next, let's draw pictures on the long paper with Crayons all together.

Yonezawa president brought in the sweet.  Miyajima san who is in charge of Blog picture brought her hand made cake.
Let's have a tea break!

Children don't want to leave the Koala today.  They must be satisfied with the Finger print and Cake.

９月５日人形劇の報告（The Puppet Show)

今日は朝から大雨、竜巻警報が出ていて、人形劇を中止にするかどうか迷いました。　１時間半で何人の会員に連絡できるか？　全員に行き渡らない時は？　この日を楽しみにしている人には？
悩んだ末に人形劇を行いました。　外国人母子３組、日本人母子１２組でした。　今回来られなかった人は残念でした。

始めに、
＊　２４年度会計報告の発表
＊　コアラボランティアの笠間ゆみこさんが行政書士事務所を開きました。　
　　　ご主人は弁護士です。　皆さんの相談に乗ってくれます。　困ったことがあったら是非相談して下さい。
＊　ブログにも書きましたがＤＶ相談所のパンフレットを持ってきました。

見学の人と久しぶりに参加した人の為に子供の自己紹介ゲームをしましょう。

皆に見つめられて、名前を呼ばれて、嬉しいやら恥ずかしいやら・・・手をあげる仕草が可愛い♡！

「どんぐりさん、もういいかい？？」
１、どんぐりころころの歌を皆で歌う。

２、ネコとボール
　音楽だけでぬいぐるみが動くので１歳児でも十分楽しめた。　ネコの色が変わるたびに喜んで飛　び上がる子、驚いてじっと見ている子がいた。

３、南の島の大王
　　手作りのペットボトル楽器を鳴らしながら、皆で歌った。　舞台では南の島の人形が華やかに　　踊った。　　

４、虹色戦隊・クレヨンジャー（今年の新作で４回しか公演していない）
　白い世界に変えられてしまったバナナ、りんごなどが次々に出てくる。　子供たちは「これはバナ　　ナ、りんご・・・」と言う。　クレヨンが出て来て、すべてに色を付けて行く。　バナナは黄色、リンゴは赤、車は青・・・子供たちは「キャー、ワァー、すごい！」と歓声を上げる。
最後に虹色戦隊・クレヨンジャーが出て来て終わり。
親も子も十分楽しめました。

人形劇団どんぐりさんは「コアラの観客は最高です。　毎回お芝居に乗ってくれるので遣り甲斐があります。　コアラに来るのは私たちも楽しみです」とのコメントを頂きました。　
どんぐりさんとは１０年のお付き合いです。

皆でお茶とお菓子を頂き、コアラの会を終わりました。

It was alarmed the heavy rain and torado today.  I waved between having the puppet show and canceling it.  How many members could I call within an hour and half?  If the information couldn't reach the whole member, what will happen?  What could I do a person who is looking forward seeing today's show?  As the result, We held the Puppet Show according to plan. 
The foreign mon and child 3 couples and Japanese one 12 couples enjoyed the puppet show.  Sorry, you missed it.

A child is being watched from us and being called her name by us, one by one.  They must be delighted, on the other hand, are shy.  Children are so cute to raise their hands.

   The stuffed doll of cats are moving with music.  Even a baby can enjoy them.  Whenever color of cats are changing, some of children jumped for joy, another one was amazed with it.
3, The King of the Southern Island
   We sung the theme song beating the hand-made instrument.  The colorful stuffed doll Southern Islanders danced on the stage.
4, Rainbow Fighter-The Crayon jya (new one)
   Lost color of Banana, an apple are coming out on the stage.  Children are saying "Oh, This is a Banana.  That is an Apple."  A stuffed doll crayon appeared and colored them.  A Banana turned into yellow, an apple is red, a car is blue.  Children burst into cheers.  "Wow, awesome." 
At the end of the show, five Rainbow Fighters appeared in front of us.
Not only children but also adults enjoyed very much.  Thank you.

The comment from Donguri san;
" Koala's audience are always supreme.  You are challanging us to tackle the puppet show every time.  We are looking forward to get order from Koala."

Koala keeps company with Donguri san for 10 years.

特別夏休みイベント】8月29日味の素川崎工場見学（Visit to Ajinomoto KK. Kawasaki Factory)

５月２日に味の素工場見学を電話で予約しましたが、なかなか繫がりませんでした。　
そして８月２９日木曜日に大人１４名、幼児１４名の２８名で味の素川崎工場に行ってきました。　この見学はコアラ会員－杉原みさとさんからの提案でした。

９：００にＪＲ武蔵小杉駅に集合しました。　川崎駅で大師線に乗り換えて「鈴木町駅」で降りました。
目の前が味の素工場です。　広くて３駅にまたがっているそうです。　「鈴木町駅」の名前は創業者の鈴木さんの名前からつけられました。

待合室では赤パンダが迎えてくれました。　予約の１０：３０まで子供たちが走り回っていました。

＊「味の素って何？」のＤＶＤを見ました。
＊味の素６ｇが入った可愛い赤パンダボトルをプレゼント。
＊味噌汁の味比べ・・・味の素が入ると美味しいですか？

  

 

工場内は広いので「国際子育てひろばコアラ様」と書かれたバスに乗り移動しました。　敷地内の花壇に創業者の鈴木氏の銅像がありました。

A team の皆さん、集合写真なくてごめんなさいね。。

＊「ほんだし」制作中を見学しました。
＊カツオの泳ぐ速さは自転車より早かったね。　びっくり！！
＊皆で鰹節を試食、鰹節のいい香り。
＊ほんだし入りの一口おにぎりを全員頂く。　お腹が空いていたので美味しかったね。
＊味の素歴史展示室を見学しました。
＊「ほんだしステックとクックドゥ」をお土産に頂きました。

川崎駅で解散しました。　可愛い赤パンダボトル、バスでの移動、ほんだしおにぎりなど楽しかったね。

 

We tried to call to make a reservation to visit AJINOMOTO Factory on May 2.  But it was hard to connect them.  Finally, We could visit there with Koala members 14 moms and 14 children on August 29, Thursday.  This idea came from Koala member Sugihara Misato san.

We got together at 9:00 am at JR Musashikosugi Station.  We changed to the Daishi Line at Kawasaki Station and got off the Suzukichou Station.  There are Ajinomoto Factory in front of us.  The factory has a large area which extends three stations.　This station was named "Suzukichou" after the founder of Ajinomoto Mr. Suzuki.
A red panda welcomed us at a waiting room.  Children were running around until 10:30.

* "What is the AJINOMOTO?" by DVD.
* Cute red Panda bottle, 6g Ajinomoto in was presented.
* Compare with Miso soup・・・Was it good with Ajinomoto?

As the factory has a large area, we took a bus named ”International Moms and Infants Cross Cultural Group KOALA" on the front.   There were a founder Mr. Suzuki's bronze statue inside the garden.

* Visit to the production factory of "Hondashi".
* A bonito's swiming speed is faster than a bicycle by screen.  Surprised!!
* Tasted a piece of dried bonito.  Good smell of them.
* Had a bite Onigiri, Ajinomoto in with all of us.  It was a delicious because we were so hungry.
* Visit to see Ajinomoto History display room.
* We got a present of "Hondashi and Cookdo"set.

We dismissed at Kawasaki Station.  We enjoyed having good experiences - a cute red panda bottle, get on a bus, an Onigiri with Hondashi etc.

＊　あなたは悪くない。

「夫からの暴力」は運の悪い女性のみに偶然起きた不幸な出来事ではありません。　男女の経済力の格差や社会的地位の差など「男性優位」の社会構造、女性を対等なパートナーとみない女性差別の意識、また夫が妻に暴力をふるうことについての寛容な考え方などが社会の根底にあることによって起こります。　「悪いのは私・・・」と、一人で背負い込まないでください。　　暴力はふるう方が悪いのです。　暴力を受けるあなたは悪くないのです。

＊　一人で悩まないで、まず相談を・・・

神奈川県には貴女の悩みを受け止めてくれる相談窓口があります。　　家庭内の暴力を表に出すことは勇気のいる事ですが、ご自分とお子さんたちの為に、まずは相談してみて下さい。

＊　「夫からの暴力」とは？

配偶者から受ける暴力には様々な形態があり、実際に起きる場面では複雑に絡み合っています。

FOR VICTIMS OF VIOLENCE FROM HUSBANDS

* Any violence is a crime, even if it is from a husband.

Why do you consider the violence on you from your husband is a family problem, and try to solve it only by yourself?  Whether it is physical or psychological (mental), violence against a wife is a serious abuse of human rights which could be a crime.

* There is a law to protect you in Japan.

In Japan, there is a law to protect victims of spousal violence.  The law is also applied to every foreigners living in Japan, regardless of the possession of the residence status.  Violence by legally married spouses as well as former spouses or common law (unmarried) partners is also subject to the law.

* Don't blame yourself !

Violence from a husband is not an unfortunate incident that happens to an unlucky woman.  The violence occurs because of the "male-dominated" social system which consists of the differences between men and women on economical or social status, a discriminative consciousness which doesn't consider women as an equal partner, and an existence of an attitude in the bottom of society which is tolerant of violence against wives from husbands.  Don't blame yourself for the violence inflicted on you.  The one at fault is the abuser, not you.

* Do no suffer alone, but contact a counselor.

There are facilities/agencies that provide counseling services in Kanagawa Prefecture.  You may need to take courage to talk about violence occurring at your home.  But please do not hesitate to call or visit the facility/agency for counseling to protect yourself and your children.

* Types of violence from husbands.

There are many types of spousal violence.  When violence is committed, it takes various forms intertwining different factors.  The following is four groups of typical spousal violence.
1, Physical Violence
2, Psychological (Mental) violence
3, Sexual violence
4, Economic Violence

ニュース）西町盆踊り大会（News; The Bon Dance meet)

７月２７日に西町盆踊り大会がありました。
コアラメールでお知らせしました。　メンバーで希望した人を招待しました。
プン　ティ　サン　アンさん　ベトナム人、
チリニ　ペレラさん　スリランカ人、
キープ　リネットさん　カンボジア人の３家族をご招待しました。
６時に待ち合わせて、米澤代表宅で浴衣に着替えました。　「浴衣を着て日本人の皆さんと一緒に盆踊りを踊れるのは嬉しいです。　たのしいです。」と言いました。

The Nishimachi Bon Dance meet held on July 27.  I announced it by Koala Gmail and invited Koala members who wanted to attend the Bon Dance.

I invited three families.  We meet at 6:00pm and gathered at Yonezawa house to change their dress to Yukata.  They said, " We are very glad to dance with Japanese people wearing Yukata.  I am enjoying dance".

ニュース）再会、想い出（Meet former Koala member again..)

１）　クリスティン　デイさん　アメリカ人
２００７年、２００８年にコアラ会員だったクリスティンさんがカーラ君とマリスちゃんを連れて米澤代表に会いに来てくれました。　アメリカの学校が夏休みの間、日本と韓国を旅行するそうです。　子供たちは日本の幼稚園に行きました。　余り馴染めなかったようです。　クリスティンさんは「子育てはアメリカが一番いいですね～自由で伸び伸びしています。　日本はチェックが細かかった。　韓国は幼児期から勉強です。」と言いました。　３年経ってしまうと子供たちは日本語をすっかり忘れていましたが私の顔と家は覚えていました。　兄妹のけんかは健在でした。　マリスは相変わらず冒険心があり、我が家の部屋のドアが全部開いていました。　庭に出て冒険している間に蚊に刺されて真っ赤に腫れていました。　当時のコアラメンバーの李さんや前田さん達にも会えたようです。　友達の家にホームステイするそうで、日本でいい友達を沢山作っていたのね。　良かった。　嬉しいです。　毎年家族の写真入りクリスマスカードを贈ってくれるのも有難い事です。　カーラ君とマリスちゃんのコアラ卒業式を行いました。　 金メダルを授与しました。

２）　スプリア　ラジャさん　インド人
２００２年に来日し、娘のアクシャラちゃんは２歳からコアラに来ていました。　日本が大好きで、おにぎりが大好きな日本人の心を持つようになりました。　幼稚園では「女の子らしく、食事の時は静かに！」と躾けられました。　インドの小学校入学の為に３年目にパパを日本に残して帰国しました。　インドの小学校では子供たちが自由過ぎて走るし、大声で話すので嫌になり泣いてばかりいたそうです。　日本人の心を持ったインド人に育ってしまったのね！　
２００７年小学校３年生になったアクシャラちゃんを連れて私に会いに来てくれました。　スプリアさんは　「この３年間は親子で必死に努力しました。　毎日が戦いでした」と話してくれました。　雰囲気はインド人の子供になっていました。　勿論日本語は覚えていませんでした。

＊＊　「１歳の赤ちゃんの１日（時間の流れ）は３０歳の大人の３０日分に相当する。　２歳児で１５日分に値する」と本に書いてありました。　大人にとって「たった３年」でも子供には数十年分になるのでしょうね。

３）　クロティルデ　ゴナルさん　フランス人
２００７年にご主人の仕事で来日されました。　ゴナルさんはフランス人形の様なルシールちゃん（１才１０か月）とコリーンちゃん（７ヶ月）の赤ちゃんを連れてコアラに来ました。　ルシールが一番最初に覚えた日本語は「かわいい～」でした。　２００９年には長男マリン君を出産しました。　日本生まれなので「実樹」とミドルネームもつけました。　我が家で武者人形と一緒に写真を撮り、誕生をお祝いしました。　フランスに帰国後、もう一人男の子エミール君が生まれました。　４人の子持ちのママです。　日本が恋しいのにメールに返事を返してくれる人が少ない！と嘆いています。　

 

1) Mrs Christine Day (American)
Christine who was Koala member in 2007 and 2008 came to see me with her children Kyler(boy) and Maris(girl).  While American school is summer vacation, they are going to travel Japan and Korea.
Children went to the preschool in Nakahara ward when they were in Japan.  At first, they didn't adapt themselves to their preschool.  Christin san said, "America is a best place for child raising.  They can behave naturally.  Japanese way of discipline is to check every little things.  Korean has to have education from an infant."  It has been three years since their family left Japan.  Children forgot Japanese but they remembered me and my house.  Kyler and Maris were still fighting.  Maris is still full of adventure, all doors of my house were opened by her.  While she ventured around the garden, she was bitten by mosquitoes on her legs were welling.  They could meet the former Koala members, Li san and Maeda san etc.  They were going to stay her friend's house.  I am very glad to know they had a good Japanese friend.  I appreciate that they send me Christmas Card with her family picture every year.
Had Koala Farewell party for Kyler and Maris.  Congratulatons.  Thanked you for coming to Koala!

2) Mrs Raju Supuria (Indian)
Her family came to Japan in 2002 and her daughter Aqushara attend to Koala when she was 2 years old.  She loved Japan and Japanese Onigiri(rice ball) and became to have Japanese mind.  She was disciplined "Be girlish!  Be quiet at the lunch time!" at the preschool.  Three years later, they returned to India for entering Indian primary school left Papa in Japan.  She seemed to have been crying dislike Indian school because children messed up and spoke loudly.
Supuria san came to see me with her daughter in 2007 when she was in 3rd grade.  She said, "We made every effort to adjust to Indian school for three years.  We have been struggling."  Her daughter Aqushara became Indian girl completely.  Of course, she didn't remember Japanese.

** "One day for a baby (1 year old) deserves 30 days for an adult (30 years old).  One day for 2 years old infant deserves 15 days for an adult."  I read some book.

3) Mrs Clotilde Gonard (French)
They came to Japan in 2007.  Gonard san brought two babies look like French doll named Lucile (1 year old 10 months) and Coline (7 months) to Koala.  Lucile remembered the first Japanese word was "Kawaii = cute".  she delivered a baby boy named Marin in 2009 at the Japanese hospital.  He was born in Japan so that parents put him Japanese name "Miki".  I celebrated his birthday at my house with my son's Musha ningyou (Samurai doll) and took pictures.  After they returned to France, she delivered another baby boy named Emile.  Now she has 4 children.  She missed Japan and sent mail to the former Koala members but few reply.  She is waiting for your mail, please send your message.
