The "Basic Resident Registration Network System" and the "Basic Resident Registration Card" will start at JULY 8. Including Foreign residents.
＊住民票に住民票コードが書かれます。
Your resident code is written in your resident paper.
＊区役所で住基カードがもらえます。
You can receive the "Basic Registration Card" at the ward office.
